Abstract
Šis išradimas atskleidžia hibridinį daugiasluoksnį jutiklį (1) ir didelio įtėkio dozimetrijos bei fliuksmetrijos, naudojant šį jutiklį, būdus. Jutiklis (1) apima scintiliatorių (2) ir fotoelektrinį jutiklį (4) į, veikiantį impulsinės ir nuostovios (dc) apšvitos režimais, kur scintiliatorius (2) ir fotoelektrinis jutiklis (4) yra atskirti matomos šviesos spektro filtro sluoksniu (3), pagamintu iš aukšto laidumo silicio. Dozimetrijos ir fliuksmetrijos metu, scintiliatoriaus (2) bei fotoelektrinio jutiklio (4) signalai yra registruojami išoriniais prietaisais – šviesolaidžiais prijungtu spektrofotometru (8) ir mikrobangų adatiniu zondu, prijungtu prie mikrobangų matavimo sistemos (7). Dalelių tipų ir energijų įvertinimas vykdomas, koreliuojant scintiliatoriaus (2) spektro struktūrą ir mikrobangomis zonduojamo fotolaidumo amplitudę bei relaksacijos trukmę, kur daugiasluoksnis scintiliatorius (2) ir fotoelektrinio atsako jutiklis (4) veikia kaip vienas kitą papildantys detektoriai. Šis daugiasluoksnis jutiklis (1), kartu su signalų nuskaitymo prietaisais (7, 8, 14) ir atitinkamais matavimo būdais, yra skirtas vykdyti nesąlytinę dozimetriją ir fliuksmetriją, kuri reikalinga aukšto spinduliuotės lygio objektų stebėsenai ir mišrių dalelių pluoštelių kontrolei branduoliniuose reaktoriuose, branduolinio kuro atliekų saugyklose, dideliuose dalelių greitintuvuose bei neutronų nuskėlėjuose (spalatoriuose).
