Abstract
Heating apparatus for the use in local heating systems, and for providing consumers with hot water. The apparatus comprises a housing that has a cavity that contains a fuel, which is placed above the fire grate, combustion chamber. The housing wall is arranged with windows together with hermetically sealable doors, designed for maintaining the apparatus. The housing wall is arranged to have a double wall and forms a ring shaped gap, forming a cavity for the heat carrier (water, brine water solution). The cavity (container for the heat carrier) has a lead-in and bleeder for providing the consumer with the heated heat carrier. The apparatus has a preheating chamber, fed from the pneumatic pump. A telescopic pipe connected to the chamber has an air distributor, produced in the form of a cone-shaped tip, which is connected to the hollow disk, having replaceable nozzle-cartridge like openings, designed for air flow control in the fuel combustion zone. The pipe connected to the chamber is arranged for supplying heated air below the fire grate. To speed up the heating of the apparatus the apparatus has a pipe for recycling the heat carrier inside the combustion chamber cavity during starting up, while the consumer is disconnected. The heating apparatus design allows for a substantial increase in heat transfer, an increase in the efficiency by 30 - 35 %, improved technical and environmental performance, full-featured burning of fuel and CO gas.
