Claims (10)
- 가솔린 비등 범위에서 비등하며 분해된 올레핀성 황 함유 공급 원료 분획을 수소화 탈황시켜, 공급 원료에 비하여 황 함유량이 감소되고 옥탄 수가 감소된 정상적인 액체 분획을 함유한 중간 생성물을 제조하고 이 중간 생성물의 가솔린 비등범위부분을 제2산성 촉매와 접촉시켜 중간 생성물의 가솔린 비등 범위 분획보다 옥탄수가 높고 가솔린 비등 범위에서 비등하는 분획을 함유한 생성물로 전환시킴으로서 가솔린 비등 범위에서 비등하는 분해된 올레핀성 황 함유 공급 원료 분획을 개량시키는 방법에 있어서, 제2촉매가 자체 결합 산성 제올라이트의 성형된 입자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급 원료 분획이 C5내지 215℃ 사이의 비등 범위를 가진 접촉 분해 납사 분획을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급 원료 분획이 165 내지 260℃, 바람직하게는 165 내지 215℃ 사이의 비등 범위를 가진 접촉 분해 납사 분획을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급 원료 분획이 193℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 205℃ 이상인 95% 포인트를 가진 납사 분획을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급 원료 분획이 코우커 납사와 같은 열분해 납사 분획을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산성 제올라이트가 알루미노실리케이트 형인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산성 제올라이트가 ZSM-5를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2단계가 150 내지 482℃의 온도, 446 내지 10,443kPaa의 압력, 0.5 내지 10hr-1LHSV의 공간 속도 및 공급 원료 1배럴(barrel)당 0 내지 890n.1.1-1.의 수소 대 탄화수소비에서, 바람직하게는 177 내지 482℃의 온도, 2170 내지 7,000kPaa의 압력, 1 내지 6hr-1LHSV의 공간 속도 및 탄화수소 1배럴(barrel)당 17.8 내지 445n.1.1-1의 수소 대 탄화수소 비에서 운전되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자체 결합 제올라이트 촉매의 성형된 입자가 임의로 금속성분, 바람직하게는 몰리브덴을 가진 산성 제올라이트로 필수적으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자체 결합 제올라이트 입자가 총 고체를 기준으로 하여 0.25 내지 10중량%의 염기성 물질, 바람직하게는 수산화 나트륨의 존재하에서 제올라이트와 물의 혼합물을 압출시켜 형성되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
