Claims (4)
- 시멘트, 바텀애쉬, 모래 또는 혼합슬래그, 석분 또는 인공모래, 물 및 혼화제를 혼합하는 단계; 전기에서 수득한 혼합물을 성형하는 단계; 및, 전기에서 수득한 성형체를 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 경량 건자재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 시멘트, 바텀애쉬, 모래 또는 혼합슬래그, 석분 또는 인공모래, 물 및 혼화제의 혼합비가 중량비로 1.0:2.0∼3.5:1.0∼2.5:5.0:1.0∼2.0:0.08∼0.09인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 건자재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도 40∼50℃, 습도 90∼100%의 양생실에서 약 160 내지 180시간 동안 약 4,000도시이상 적치하여 양생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 건자재의 제조방법.
- 시멘트, 바텀애쉬, 모래 또는 혼합슬래그, 석분 또는 인공모래, 물 및 혼화제를 혼합하고, 성형 및 양생하여 제조된 경량 건자재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
