Claims (8)
- 소결 합금의 원료 분말을 혼합하고, 사출성형한 후에, 상기 사출성형에 의해 얻어진 성형체를 소결하는 공정을 구비하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법에 있어서, 소결 합금의 원료 분말과 유기 바인더(organic binder)를 혼합하는 제1공정과, 혼합된 상기 원료 분말 및 유기 바인더를 3차원 곡면 또는 미세구멍을 갖는 시계용 외장 부품의 형상으로 사출 성형하는 제2공정과, 상기 제2공정에서 사출성형된 성형체로부터 유기 바인더를 제거하는 제3공정과, 상기 제3공정 후, 상기 성형체를 소결하는 제4공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결합금의 원료 분말은 주기율표 제IVa, Va, VIa족에 속하는 원소(Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W)에서 선정된 1종류 이상의 원소의 탄화물과 탄질화물 및 질화물의 분말과, 철족 금속(Fe, Co, Ni)에서 선정된 1종류 이상의 금속 분말을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결 합금의 원료 분말은 Co, Cr, W 및 C를 주성분으로 하는 Co 기초합금의 원료 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결 합금의 원료 분말은 입경 20μm 이하의 입자를 20중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3공정은 진공중 또는 비산화성 가스중에서 성형체를 가열하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4공정은 결합상의 융점보다 50℃ 높은 온도까지의 범위의 온도로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4공정 이후에 제4공정에서 소결된 성형체의 소결표면의 3차원 곡면을 연마 가공하는 제5공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4공정 이후에 제4공정에서 얻어진 소결 표면의 성형체를 방전가공을 시행하지 않고 표면 연마 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계용 외장 부품의 제조 방법.
