Abstract

본 발명은 압연용 롤, 롤러, 배관용 자재 및 축등으로 사용되는 용접강관 및 무계목 강관등의 외면에 이종재료를 연속주조 피복법을 이용하여 피복하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 강관내부에 적정입도의 분말을 적정량 충진하여 용탕압력 및 온도에 의한 강관의 변형을 방지하고 내부로의 열전달을 줄임으로써, 조업시 강관이 열적인 정상상태에 빨리 도달할 수 있는 이종재료 피복방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적달성을 위한 본 발명은 연속주조 피복법을 이용하여 강관에 이종재료를 피복하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 강관 내부에 입도 0.1㎜ 이상의 분말을 50~70%의 충진율 범위로 충진하는 것을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 피복법을 이용한 강관의 이종 재료 피복방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 연속주조 피복법을 이용하여 강관에 이종재료를 피복하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 강관 내부에 입도 0.1㎜ 이상의 분말을 50~70%의 충진율 범위로 충진하는 것을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 피복법을 이용한 강관의 이종 재료 피복방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말은 모래인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조 피복법을 이용한 강관의 이종재료 비복방법.
