Claims (3)
- 합성용매로 물을 사용하고 촉매로 모노메틸아민, 모노에틸아민, 디메틸아민 디에틸아민, 트리메틸아민, 트리에틸아민 등의 유기염기와 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화암모늄, 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼륨, 탄산암모늄등의 무기염기를 사용하여 시아노아크릴레이트와 히드라진을 친핵축합반응시키므로서 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-아미노피라졸 유도체 화합물을 선택적으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5-아미노피라졸 유도체의 제조방법.상기 식에서 R1은 수소원자, 메틸, 에틸 또는 페닐기를 나타내고, R2는 수소원자, 메틸 또는 에틸기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에서 있어서, 촉매량을 시아노아크릴레이트 대비 0.1당량에서 3.0당량 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5-아미노피라졸 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔, 디메틸설폭시드, n-부탄올, 에탄올 또는 아세토니트릴을 합성용매로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5-아미노피라졸 유도체의 제조방법.
