Abstract

본 발명은 모터의 힘을 원동력으로 흡입팬을 이용하여 흡입기 , 연장관, 손잡이, 호스, 호스접속기, 종이필터를 통해 먼지를 빨아들이고 흡입팬에서 발생하는 강한 공기바람을 순환시켜 분사하여 먼지를 불어 청소하는 진공청소기에 관한 것으로, 진공청소기 본체에서 공기바람과 함께 배출되는 미세먼지를 제거하여 미세먼지로 인한 2차오염을 막고, 청소시 발생하는 강한 공기바람을 이용하여 먼지를 청소하여 청소능력 및 청소효율을 향상시키기 위한 것이다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위해 진공청소기 본체(10) 내부의 흡입팬(6)에서 발생하는 강력한 공기바람을 순환시켜 청소시 먼지를 불어내는데 사용하게 함으로써 미세먼지의 외부배출을 막아 2차오염을 제거하고, 먼지불기와 먼지빨기를 동시에 하여 먼지를 청소하는 청소능력 및 청소효율을 향상시키게 되었으며 이를 위해 진공청소기 본체내부에 흡입팬(6)에서 발생하는 공기바람을 저장하는 송풍실(7)을 흡입팬(6) 외곽에 형성하고, 공기바람을 본체(10) 외부로 보내기 위한 연결관(8)을 송풍실(7)과 호스접속기(12) 접속부 사이에 형성하고, 호스접속기(12)의 중앙에 송풍관(28)을 형성하고, 흡입호스(19)중앙에 송풍호스(18)를 형성하고, 손잡이(3)의 중앙에 송풍관(26)를 형성하고, 연장관(2)의 중앙에 송풍관(24)를 형성하고, 흡입기(1)의 회전연결관(21) 내부 중앙에 송풍관(14)를 형성하고, 흡입기(1)안에 분사관(22) 및 분사구(31)를 형성하였다.
본 발명은 가정이나 사무실, 공장 등에서 청소할 때 사용가능하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 진공청소기 본체(10)내부의 흡입팬(6)에서 발생하는 공기바람을 저장하는 송풍실(7)을 흡입팬(6) 외곽에 형성하고, 공기바람을 본체(10) 외부로 보내기 위한 연결관(8)을 송풍실(7)과 호스 접속기(12) 접속부 사이에 형성하고, 호스접속기(12)의 중앙에 송풍관(28)을 형성하고, 흡입호스(19) 내부에 여러개의 송풍호스지지대(30)를 설치하여 송풍호스(18)를 흡입호스(19) 내부중앙에 형성하고, 손잡이(3)의 중앙에 송풍관(26)를 형성하고, 연장관(2)의 중앙에 송풍관(24)를 형성하고, 흡입기(1)의 회전연결관(21) 내부 중앙에 송풍관(14)를 형성하고, 흡입기(1)안에 분사관(22)를 형성하고, 분사관(22)의 아래부분에 분사구(31)를 형성함을 특징으로 하여, 흡입팬(6)에서 발생하는 공기바람을 먼지를 불어내어 청소하는데 사용함으로써 미세먼지를 진공청소기 본체 바깥으로 보내지 않아서 2차오염을 일으키지 않고, 공기바람을 다시흡입기(1)로 순환시켜 분사하여 먼지를 불어내게 하여 먼지청소시 먼지불기와 먼지빨기를 동시에 하여 청소효율 및 청소능력을 향상시키는 것이 가능한 진공청소기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 호스접속기(12)의 중앙에 있는 송풍관(28), 손잡이(3)의 중앙에 있는 송풍관(26), 연장관(2)의 중앙에 있는 송풍관(24), 흡입기(1)의 회전연결관(21)의 중앙에 있는 송풍관(14)이 적어도 1개 이상의 송풍관지지대(29)에 의해 지지되어 각각의 흡입관(27, 25, 23, 13)의 내부 중앙에 위치함을 특징으로 하여 먼지불기와 먼지빨기가 동시에 가능한 진공 청소기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 흡입호스(19) 내부에 적어도 1개 이상의 송풍호스지지대(30)을 설치하여 송풍호스(18)를 흡입호스(19) 내부중앙에 위치함을 특징으로 하여 먼지불기와 먼지빨기가 동시에 가능한 진공청소기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 흡입기(1) 안에 분사관(22)의 중앙부분이 회전연결관(21)의 송풍관(14)출구의 회전부위를 모두 감싸서 회전연결관(21)의 송풍관(14) 출구로부터의 공기바람을 전부 받아들이도록 회전연결관(21)과의 접촉부분이 회전연결관(21)과 밀착되도록 원형구조로 형성되고, 공기바람을 분사구(31)의 전 구간에 고르게 전달하기 위해 분사관(22)의 내부에 관을 형성함을 특징으로 하여 먼지불기와 먼지빨기가 동시에 가능한 진공청소기.
