Abstract

올레핀과 과산화수소로부터 에폭사이드를 제조하는데 촉매로서 사용되는 티탄 원자 함유 제올라이트는 소모된 촉매를 올레핀의 부재하에 과산화수소로 처리하여 재생하고 재생된 촉매를 에폭사이드화에 다시 사용한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 소모된 촉매을 올레핀의 부재하에 과산화수소로 처리하여 소모된 촉매의 촉매 활성을 재생하고 재생된 촉매를 올레핀의 에폭사이드화에 다시 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 촉매, 특히 올레핀과 과산화수소로부터 에폭사이드를 제조하는데 촉매로서 사용되는 티탄 원자 함유 제올라이트의 재생방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 소모된 촉매를 과산화수소 0.01 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 과산화수소 수용액을 사용하여 재생함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 소모된 촉매를 과산화수소 1 내지 45중량%를 함유하는 과산화수소 수용액을 사용하여 재생함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재생을 0 내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 재생을 40 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 소모된 촉매를 올레핀의 부재하에 제 1항 내지 제 5항에 따라 과산화수소로 처리하여 소모된 촉매의 활성을 재생하고 재생된 촉매를 에폭사이드화에 다시 사용함을 특징으로 하는 촉매로서 티탄 원자 함유 제올라이트의 존재하에 올레핀과 과산화수소를 반응시켜 에폭사이드를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 사용되는 올레핀이 프로필렌임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 에폭사이드화 반응을 용매로서의 메탄올과 물과의 혼합물 속에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 6항 내지 제 8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 현탁액 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 6항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소모된 촉매를 과산화수소 10 내지 45중량%를 함유하는 과산화수소 수용액을 사용하여 재생하고 재생으로부터의 촉매와 과산화수소와의 혼합물을 미리 분리하지 않고 에폭사이드화 반응을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 6항에 있어서, 촉매가 고정상 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 재생 동안 과산화수소 용액이 고정 촉매상을 넘어 순환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
