Abstract

본 발명은 단시간으로 간단하게 의료 기구의 소독이 가능한 의료 기구용 소독장치 및 소독방법을 제공한다.
전해조(21)에 담긴 전해액(20)을 전재함으로써 소독액인 전해산성액(20a)을 생성하는 전해장치⑵와, 상기 전해산성액으로 소독시키는 의료 기구를 수납하는 소독조⑶와, 상기 전해조와 상기 소독조와의 사이에서 상기 전해산성액을 순환시켜서 상기 의료 기구의 소독을 행하는 순화장치⑷를 갖는다.

의료 기구용 소독장치 및 소독방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 한 실시형태인 의료 기구용 소독장치의 구성예의 개략도이고,
제 2 도는 본 발명의 다른 실시형태인 의료 기구용 소득장치의 구성예의 개략도이고,
제 6 도는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 형태이며 특히 내시경의 소독에 적합한 의료 기구용 소독장치의 구성예의 개략도이고,
제 8 도는 제 6 도에 나타난 의료 기구용 소독장치의 외관을 나타내는 사시도,
제 9 도는 제 6 도에 나타난 의료 기구용 소독장치에서 내시경을 소독하고 있는 상태를 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 전해조(21)를 갖고 이전해조에 담긴 전해액(20)을 전해하는 것으로 소독액인 전해산성액(20a)을 생성하는 전해장치⑵와, 상기 전해산성액에 소독시키는 의료 기구를 수납하는 소독조⑶와, 상기 전해조와 상기 소독조와의 사이에서 상기 전해산성액을 순환시켜서 상기 의료 기구의 소독을 행하는 순화장치⑷를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이 목표로 되는 특성값을 도달할 때까지 전해 개시 전류를 상기 전해액에 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 전해장치와 상기 전해액이 목표로 되는 특성값을 도달된 후에 있어서는 상기 전해 개시전류보다도 적은 값의 전류로 인해서 상기 특정값을 유지하기 위하여 유지전류를 상기 전해 개시전류에 대신하여 상기 전해조에 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 순환장치는 상기 전해조와 상기 소독조를 접속하는 공급배관(40)과, 상기 소독조로부터 상기 전해조로 전해산성액을 되돌리는 되돌림 배관(42)와, 상기공급배관에 설치되고 상기 전해조로부터 상기 소독조로 전해산성액을 공급하는 펌프(41)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 되돌림 배관에는 상기 소독조로부터 상기 전해조로 돌아가는 전해산성액에 포함되는 고형물을 제거하는 제거부재(60)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  6. 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 공급배관에 있는 소독조 접속단부(500)는 상기 소독조내에 물흐름을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  7. 제 4항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 공급배관은 상기 소독조에 공급되는 전해산성액으로 기체를 함유시키는 기체 공급장치(502)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구용 소독장치.
  8. 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 순환장치는 상기 소독조에 공급되는 상기 소독조로부터 오버플로우된 전해산성액을 상기 전해조로 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  9. 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 전해장치는 상기 전해산성액을 생성하기 위해 이온교환막(24)을 상기 전해조내에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  10. 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 전해액은 0.05% 염화나트륨 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  11. 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 전해장치에서 상기 전해조에 생성된 전해산성액은 pH 2.7 이하, 산화환원 전위 1000㎷ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  12. 제 4항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 의료 기구가 내시경인 경우, 상기 공급배관은 상기 소독조로 전해산성액을 공급하는 제 1공급배관(70,72)과, 상기 내시경과 탈착이 자유로운 배관으로써 상기 내시경 내부로 전해산성액을 공급하는 제 2공급배관(74,76)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  13. 전해액(20)을 전해함으로써 소독액인 소독전 전해산성액(20a)을 생성하고, 생성된 소도전 전해산성액에서 의료 기구를 소독하고, 상기 의료 기구를 소독한 후의 소독후 전해산성액을 다시 전해시켜 상기 소독전해산성액을 다시 전해시켜 상기 소독전 전해산성액을 생성하고 전해산성액을 순환시켜서 상기 의료 기구의 소독을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  14. 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 의료 기구는 내시경 및 내시경 부속품인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  15. 전해조에 담긴 전해액을 전해함으로써 소독액인 전해산성액을 생성하는 전해 생성공정과, 상기 전해산성액에서 소독시키는 의료 기구를 소독조에 수납하는 수납공정과, 상기 전해조와 상기 소독조와의 사이에서 상기 전해산성액을 순화시켜서 상기 의료 기구의 소독을 행하는 순환 소독공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 의료 기구는 내시경 및 내시경 부속품인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 기구용 소독방법.
