Claims (6)
- 고흡수성 폴리모를 제조하는데 있어서, 수용액중의 농도가 45 내지 80중량%이고 그의 카르복실기 중 20 내지 50%가 나트륨염으로 중화되어 있는 부분중화 아크릴산나트륨의 수용액을, 가교결합제와 (메트)아크릴아미드, N,N-디메틸(메트)아크릴아미드, 디메틸아미노에틸(메트)아크릴아미드, 2-비닐피리딘 및 4-비닐피리딘 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 염기성 비닐모노머가 상기 부분중화 아크릴산나트륨에 대하여 20몰%이하로 존재하는 가운데 수용성 라디칼중합 개시제를 사용하여 용액중합시켜서됨을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 비닐모노머는 2-비닐피리딘임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제는 N,N'-메틸렌비스아크릴아미드, N,N'-메틸렌비스메타크릴아미드, 에틸렌글리콜디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제는 그 사용량을 상기 부분중화 아크릴산나트륨에 대하여 0.001 내지 10중량%로 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 라디칼중합 개시제는 레독스 개시제인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 라디칼중합 개시제는 그 사용량을 상기 부분중화 아크릴산나트륨에 대하여 0.001내지 10중량%로 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머의 제조방법.
