Claims (12)
- 횡방향으로 연장하고 얽힌 날실 및 씨실로 형성된 섬유 보강층을 갖는 섬유질 보강 플라스틱 판 재료로 구성되는 이송 벨트에 있어서, 보강층은 상부 및 하부 섬유질(10,11)의 장력 저항 유닛을 형성하도록 내장된 씨실 결합 파일실(12)로 함게 결합된 상부 및 하부 섬유질(10,11)을 갖는 이중 파일천(9,15,16)의 형체에서 강도 성분으로 형성되어 있고, 파일천(12)은 이송 벨트 상의 휨응력의 결과로 날실 방향의 상부와 하부 섬유질(10,11) 사이에 약간의 복원력을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부 및 하부 섬유질(10,11)은 그들 사이에 공간없이 서로 겹쳐져서 묶인 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두 결합점 사이의 파일실(12)의 길이가 0.1mm 내지 2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 날실(13)은 여러가닥의 실 및 단일 가닥의 씨실(14)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상부 및 하부 섬유질(10,11)은 평탄하게 직조된 날실 및 씨실로 구성되고, 상기 파일실(12)은 접촉 또는 관통 결합한 씨실 파일에 의해 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 씨실 방향으로 서로 인접하여 배열된 파일실(12)은 서로 엇갈린 배열로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이중 파일천(9,15,16)은 합성섬유 또는 섬유 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이송 벨트의 후면은 벨루어 섬유질(23)인 외향 파일면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 파일면에는 전도성 실 뭉치가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10텍스 내지 600텍스, 적합하게 100텍스 내지 180텍스의 중량을 갖는 실이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이송 벨트에는 서로 이격된 복수개의 이중 파일천(9,15,16)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 이어서, 이송 벨트에는 길이 방향으로 연장하고 샌드위치 형태로 이중 파일천을 내장한 추가의 편평 섬유질층(17)이 더 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 벨트.
