Description
Claims (10)
- 실질적으로 탄소-탄소 불포화결합을 포함하지 않는 열가소성 수지(A) 및 탄소-탄소 불포화가 있는 고무상 물질로된 혼합물을, 가교제의 존재하에서 동적으로 열처리하여 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제조할 때, 이 고무상물질(B)로서 스틸렌-부타디엔-스티렌, 블록 공중합체(SBS), 스틸렌-이소플렌-스틸렌. 블럭(SIS), 1, 2-폴리부타디엔고무 및 에틸렌-푸로필렌-디엔. 랜덤공중합체(EPDM)으로된 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 사용하고, 가교제로서 디하이드로 방향족화합물 또는 그 중합체(a)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 가교제는 1, 2-디하이드로 퀴놀린계화합물 또는 그 중합체 및 비스말레이드계 화합물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 성분(A)는 폴리올레핀계수지 또는 폴리스틸렌계 수지로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 수지는 폴리푸로필렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 밀도 0.910g/cm3이하의 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌(ULDPE)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, ULDPE는 밀도 0.860-0.910g/cm3시차주사열량측정법(DSC)에 의한 최대피크온도(Tm) 100℃ 이상 및 비등 n-헥산불용분 10중량% 이상의 성상을 가진 에틸렌, α-올레핀 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(A)는 폴리올레핀계 수지이고, 성분(B)는 EPDM인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 성분(A)는 결정성 폴리푸로필렌 및/또는 ULDPE이고, 성분(B)는 EPDM인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제7항에 있어서, ULDPE는 특허청구의 범위 제5항 가재의 에틸렌, α-올레핀 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 전기 성분 이외에 광물유계 또는 합성유계 연화제를 성분(B) 100중량부당 300중량부 이하로 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
