Claims (14)
- 자동차 제어시스템에 있어서, 자동차에 설치되어 제어특성뎨이터에 따라 상기 자동차를 제어하는 제어장치들과, 상기 제어장치들의 복수의 다른 제어특성데이터를 각각의 다른 운전자와 대응시켜 기억하는 재기록가능한 제1의 기억수단과, 상기 시스템에 데이터를 입력한 운전자에 대해서 상기 운전자가 상기 기억수단에 저장된 운전자인 경우에만 상기 특정운전자의 입력 데이터에 대응하여 상기 기억수단으로부터 제어특성데이터를 판독하여 상기 데이터를 상기 제어장치로 보내는 수단, 및 상기 운전자에 의해 특정된 상기 제어장치의 수정입력에 대응하여 상기 제어특성데이터를 수정하는 상기 기억수단내의 제어특성데이터 수정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터를 입력한 운전자가 상기 제1기억수단에 기억된 운전자와 일치하는지의 여부를 판정하는 수단을 더 포함하며, 상기 판정수단은 상기 데이터를 입력한 운전자가 상기 제1기억수단에 저장된 운전자인 경우에만 상기 운전자에 대응하여 상기 제1기억수단으로부터 제어특성데이터를 판독하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 소정의 제어특성데이터를 기억하는 제2기억수단과, 상기 제1기억수단과 상기 판정수단이 정상인지의 여부를 진단하는 수단과, 상기 제1기억수단과 제2기억수단의 상기 제어특성들중 하나를 선택하여 상기 선택된 제어특성을 상기 제어장치들로 출력하는 수단을 더 포함하며, 상기 선택수단은 상기 제1기억수단과 상기 판정수단이 정상임을 상기 진단수단이 판정한 경우에 상기 제1기억수단의 상기 제어특성데이터를 선택하고 상기 제1기억수단과 상기 판정수단이 비정상임을 상기 진단수단이 판정한 경우에 상기 제2기억수단의 상기 제어특성데이터를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치들은 자동차량변속기를 포함하며, 상기 제1기억수단과 제2기억수단에 기억된 상기 제어특성데이터는 상기 자동차량변속기의 변속점을 지정하는 데이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어시스템.
- 자동차 제어시스템에 있어서, 자동차에 설치된 제어수단의 제어특성을 판정하는 특성데이터를 기억하는 기억수단과, 상기 특성데이터의 변경을 지시하는 입력수단과, 상기 입력수단에 기초하여 운전자를 식별하는 수단과, 상기 운전자에 대한 상기 특성데이터를 변경시키는 수단, 및 상기 특성데이터에 기초하여 제어대상물을 제어하도록 제어신호를 출력하는 제어장치들을 포함하며, 각각의 운전자에 대해 상기 복수의 다른 특성데이터들을 기록 및 재기록가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기억수단은 상기 제어장치들로부터 분리가능하고 상기 운전자에 대한 상기 특성데이터를 기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어시스템.
- 자동차에 설치된 제어장치를 기억수단에 기억시킨 제어장치의 제어특성데이터에 대응하여 제어하는 자동차 제어방법에 있어서, 운전자에 의한 데이터입력에 대응하여 상기 운전자가 기억수단에 등록된 운전자인지를 판정하는 단계와, 상기 입력한 운전자가 상기 기역수단에 등록된 운전자인 경우에 상기 기억수단으로부터 상기 운전자에 대응하는 제어특성데이터를 판독하는 단계와, 상기 운전자가 특정하는 제어장치의 제어특성데이터의 수정입력에 대응하여 상기 제어특성데이터를 수정하는 단계, 및 상기 수정된 데이터에 대응하여 상기 제어장치를 제어하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어방법.
- 자동차 제어방법에 있어서, 차량에 설치된 제어장치들의 제어특성을 관정하기 위한 특성데이터를 기억수단내에 유지시키는 단계와, 상기 기억수단으로부터 판독된 상기 특성데이터에 기초하여 상기 제어장치를 작동시키는 단계와, 상기 특성데이터의 변경개시를 지시하는 단계와, 상기 특성데이터를 변경하는 단계,및 상기 특성데이터의 변경종료를 지시하여 상기 특성데이터의 변경을 종료하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 특성데이터의 변경개시후 소정시간 경과후에도 추가지시가 없는 경우에 상기 데이터변경을 종료하는 단계를 더 포함하는 자동차 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 특성데이터의 변경의 제한범위를 설정하고 상기 제한범위내의 상기 특성데이터의 변경만을 허가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터기억수단은 상기 제어장치에 고정된 제1기억수단과 상기 제1기억수단으로부터 분리가능한 제2기억수단을 포함하며, 상기 변경가능한 특성데이터는 상기 제2기억수단내에 기억되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제2기억수단으로부터의 데이터판독이 정상인지의 여부를 진단하는 단계와, 데이터판독이 비정상인 경우에 상기 제1기억수단의 상기 데이터에 따라 상기 제어장치를 작동시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 재어방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제1기억수단으로부터의 판독데이터가 비정상임을 표시수단에 표시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제어데이터는 상시 자동변속기의 시프트특성에 대한 데이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제어방법.
