Claims (17)
- 다음 구조식(I)으로된 고분자 안정화제 :MXmYpZqM' (I)여기서M' = -OMM과 M'은 직접 결합을 형성 고리구조를 만들 수 있고, R1은 페닐기 혹은 1 내지 20탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기이고, R2은 안정화될 고분자구조에 화학 결합할 수 있는 반응성 유기그룹이고, R3은 1 내지 6탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기이고, R4는 다음중 하나의 구조식으로된 라디칼이고 :한편 여기서, R5와 R6은 같거나 상이하며 1 내지 10 탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기이고, R7은 3내지 10 탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬렌이고, R8은 1내지 10탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬렌기 혹은 -R9-COO-R10-, -R9-COO-R|10-S-R11-과 -R10-S-R11- 중에서 선택한 2중 라디칼이고, R9, R10과 R11은 같거나 상이하며 2내지 10 탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬렌기이고, R'은 페닐기 혹은 1내지 10 탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기이고, R는 R', R2또는 R4와 같고, m, p는 서로 같거나 상이하고 1내지 50의 정수이고, Q는 0내지 50의 정수이고, n은 0 또는 1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 탄소-탄소 2중결합, 에폭시고리, 황화물기 또는 아미드기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로한 안정화제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R2가 다음의 구조식중에서 선택된 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 한 안정화제
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 1내지 10탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄알킬기인 것을 특징으로한 안정화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 1내지 3탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄알킬기인 것을 특징으로한 안정화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸인 것을 특징으로한 안정화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, R5와 R6가 측쇄결합인 것을 특징으로한 안정화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, R5와 R6이 t-부틸기인 것을 특징으로한 안정화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 유닛 X, Y와 Z가 임의의 배열로 된것을 특징으로한 안정화제.
- (a) 다음구조식(II) 의 화합물과 구조식(III)의 화합물로된 혼합물을 물 또는 10 : 1 비율의 유기용매 및 물의 혼합물속에서 20 내지 100℃온도로 2-20시간동안 반응시키고 :여기서 R는 OR3이나 CI이고 R1, R2와 R4, n은 전술한 의미와 같다.(b) 처음은 축합반응 촉매의 존재하에 용매 비등점에서 2-10시간동안 중합반응하여 반응수와 알코올을 증류거하고 다시 60내지 140℃의 온도에서 감압(0.1-50mmHg)하에 중합반응시키는 것을 특징으로한 고분자 안정화제 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, (a) 반응은 다음구조식(IV)의 화합물과 구조식(V)의 화합물이 있는 곳에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.여기서, r은 0, 1 또는 2이고 R, R', R, R'''은 전술한 의미와 같다.
- 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 유기용매는 에테르, 알코올, 지방족, 지방족고리형 또는 방향족 탄화수소중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 한 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 축합반응촉매는 디부틸틴디라우르산염, 옥탄산아연, 옥탈산주석, 또는 알칼리성 탄화수중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 한 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 축합반응촉매는 시약의 0.005-0.5 중량% 농도로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한 제조방법.
- 유기고분자와 제1항 내지 9항에 따른 고분자 안정화제를 함유하는 고분자 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 유기고분자를 LDPE, LLDPE, 또한 HDPE 중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 조성물.
- 제15항 또는 16항에 있어서, 고분자 안정화제 속의 R1이 메틸이고 R2는 CH2=CH-, CH2=C(CH3)-COO-(CH2)3- 또는 HS-(CH2)3이고 R는 다음구조식의 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 조성물.
