Claims (1)
- 중량 %로 C : 0.035-0.050%, Si : 2.9-3.3%, P : 0.015% 이하, 용존 Al : 0.011-0.017%, N : 0.0080-0.012%, S : 0.007% 이하, Ni과 Cr의 단독 또는 복합 : 0.06-0.18%, Mn 0.32% 이하, Cu : 0.6% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물 조성되는 강 스라브를 1250-1320℃의 온도구간에서 재가열하여 열간압연한 후, 열연판 소둔을 행하지 않고 중간의 820-870℃에서의 탈탄소둔을 포함한 2회의 냉간압연으로 최종 두께로 조정한 다음, 중간회복소둔 및 MgO를 주성분으로 하는 소둔분리제(융착방지제)를 도포한 후 25%질소를 함유한 수소가스 분위기에서 승온하여 1150-1200℃에서 100% 수소 분위기로 10시간 이상 균열하는 최종 마무리 고온소둔 처리를 행하여 방향성 전기강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기한 중간 회복소둔을 생략하고, 그 대신에 상기 최종마무리 고온소둔시 400-700℃에서의 승온속도를 50℃/hr 이하로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
