본 고안은 자동차의 전면에 장착되는 방풍유리에 관한 것으로, 특히 방풍유리를 인스트루먼트 판넬에 양면 테이프를 매개로 용이하게 부착시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 부착된 양면 테이프가 밀려서 탈착되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 된 자동차의 방풍유리 부착구조에 관한 것이다. 종래 자동차에 있어서 넓은 운전시야를 확보하고 주행중에 불어오는 바람 등을 막아주는 역할을 하기위해 자동차의 전면에 방풍유리가 장착되게 되는 데, 이와 같은 방풍유리는 상부 가장자리가 루프판넬에 접착제를 매개로 부착됨과 더불어 측부 가장자리는 전방필러에 접착제로 부착되어 있다. 그리고 상기 방풍유리의 하부는 제2도에 단면도로 도시된 것과 같이, 운전석의 각종 계기판들이 설치되는 인스트루먼트 판넬(1)에 양면 테이프(2)로 부착되어 지지되게 되어 있는 데, 즉 인스트루먼트 판넬(1)에 고정시키게 되어 있다. 그런데 상기한 종래의 방풍유리 부착구조에서는 인스트루먼트 판넬(1)의 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출된 돌출부(1a)에 양면테이프(2)의 한쪽 접착면이 부착되면서 다른쪽 접착면은 방풍유리(3)에 접착되어, 방풍유리(3)을 인스트루먼트 판넬(1)의 볼록한 돌출부(1a) 주위에 대략적으로 양면 테이프(2)를 부착함에 따라 양면 테이프(2)의 정확한 부착위치를 정하기가 어렵고, 또 자동차의 주행중에 진동이나 충격을 받게 되면 양면 테이프(2)가 인스트루먼트 판넬(1)의 곡면을 타고 내려와서 탈거되어 버린다고 하는 결점이 있었다. 이에 본 고안은 상기한 종래의 부착구조에서 발생하는 결점을 해소 하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 인스트루먼트 판넬에 부착되는 양면 테이프의 부착위치를 작업자가 용이하게 인지해서 편리하게 부착시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자동차의 주행중에 진동이나 충격을 받게 되더라도 양면 테이프가 쉽게 탈거되지 않도록 된 자동차의 방풍유리 부착구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 바의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 인스트루먼트 판넬에 방풍유리쪽을 향해 볼록하게 돌출된 돌출부에 2개의 걸림턱이 소정간격을 두고 일체로 형성되고, 이 걸림턱사이의 볼록한 돌출부에 양면테이프의 한쪽 접착면이 부착되면서 다른쪽 접착면은 방풍유리에 접착된 구조로 되어 있다. 이에 따라 작업자가 양면 테이프를 인스트루먼트 판넬에 부착시킬 때에 인스트루먼트 판넬에 형성된 2개의 걸림턱을 육안으로 확인해서 걸림턱사이에 양면 테이프를 부착시키면 되므로, 양면 테이프의 부착위치 설정이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 제위치에 양면 테이프를 부착시킬 수 있고, 또 상기와 같이 2개의 걸림턱사이에 양면 테이프가 부착됨에 따라 자동차의 주행중에 진동이나 충격이 방풍유리에 전달되어 양면 테이프가 힘을 받게 되더라도 걸림턱에 의해 미끄럼이 방지되게 됨으로써, 양면 테이프가 부착위치를 이탈해서 탈거되는 일이 없게 된다.The present invention relates to a windshield that is mounted on the front of an automobile, and in particular, the windshield can be easily attached to the instrument panel through a double-sided tape as well as to effectively prevent detachment of the attached double-sided tape by being pushed.
