Abstract
고온(650℃까지) 보호코팅용 복합재는 열전도도가 증대되어 있고 높은 복사능을 가지며, 흑체를 만들어내는 금속산업, 엔지니어링 산업, 계측분야 및 기타 관련분야에서 열처리퍼니스의 라디에이터 튜브, 열전발전소의 보일러 및 퍼니스 스크린의 표면을 보호하는데 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명의 기술적 과제는 코팅의 경도를 유지하면서 코팅에 가소성과 유연성을 부여하는 모노리식이고 접착력이 강한 고온 보호코팅용 복합재를 얻는 것이다. 본 발명의 복합재는 톨루엔중의 폴리메틸페닐실록산이 48~52% 용액 18~28중량%, 실리콘-함유 섬유 15~28중량%, 실리콘카바이드 15~30중량%, 망간옥사이드 1~4중량%, 오르가노실리콘-티탄화합물 6~12중량%를 함유하고, 나머지는 톨루엔으로 이루어진다.

- 톨루엔중의 폴리메틸페닐실록산이 48~52% 용액 18~28중량%, 실리콘-함유 섬유 15~28중량%, 실리콘카바이드 15~30중량%, 망간옥사이드 1~4중량%, 오르가노실리콘-티탄화합물 6~12중량% 및 나머지는 톨루엔으로 이루어진 고온 보호 코팅용 복합재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
