Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (A) 약 60 내지 약 85중량부의 폴리카보네이트 수지; (B) 모노비닐리덴 방향족 화합물의 중량을 기준으로 약 25중량% 미만의 평균 고무함량을 갖는, 약 10 내지 약 25중량부의 모노비닐리덴 방향족 화합물; (C) 약 8% 미만의 포스페이트 방염 화합물; 및 (D) 0 내지 약 3%의 테트라풀루오로에틸렌 중합체를 포함하는 방염성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물중의 전체 고무 함량이 전체 열가소성 조성물의 약 5 중량% 이하인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3.2mm에서 V0의 UL 94 화염 등급을 갖는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물의 0.125 in 봉이 약 4 ft - 1bs/in 이상의 노취된 아이조드 충격값을 갖는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물의 0.125 in 인장봉(레소르시놀 디포스페이트가 표면에 도포되어 있다)이 50% 습도 및 25℃에서 0.75% 변형 지그상에서 12 시간후에 가시적인 테두리 균열을 나타내지 않는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노비닐리덴 방향족 화합물이 아크릴로니트릴-부티디엔-스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌-부틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트-아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔-스티렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스페이트 방염제가 하기 화학식을 갖는 조성물:상기 식에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 독립적으로 아릴 및 알크아릴 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고, X는 아릴렌 그룹이고, m은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고,n은 1 내지 약 35의 정수 또는 정수들의 혼합물이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 포스페이트 방염제에서 n이 1 내지 약 5의 정수 또는 정수들의 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 염화 메틸렌중의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 의해 측정시 약 30,000 미만인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물의 0.125in 봉의 열 변형 온도가 264psi에서 약85℃이상인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
