Claims (10)
- 광섬유케이블이 동력케이블 또는 송수관 튜우브 등과 함께 일체로 형성되어 수중에 가설되도록 된 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트에 있어서, 상기 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트가 심(1)과, 이 심(1)의 원주면에 형성된 플라스틱 외장(6), 이 플라스틱 외장(6)의 원주면에 감겨지면서 각각이 그 원주면에 플라스틱 피복층(33)을 갖춘 금속제 파이프(31)의 내부에 광섬유(32)가 배열된 다수의 광섬유케이블(3) 및, 이 광섬유케이블(3)이 감겨져 형성된 권선층의 외주에 다수의 외장철선(7)이 감겨져 형성된 외장철선층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 심(1)이 동력케이블심으로 되어 있고, 상기 광섬유케이블(3)이 상기 동력케이블심(1)의 플라스틱 외장(6)원주면위에 감겨져 있으며, 상기 광섬유케이블(3)의 플라스틱 피복층(33)이 전기적 반도체재질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유(32)가 내장된 금속제 파이프(31)의 재질이 스테인레스 강이고, 그 원주상에 내부식성 화합물이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속제 파이프(31)의 재질이 스테인레스 강이고, 그 원주상에 전기적 도전성을 갖는 내부식성 화합물이 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트에 있어서, 상기 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트가 심(1)과, 이 심(1)의 원주면에 형성된 플라스틱 외장(6), 이 플라스틱 외장(6)의 내부에 배치되면서 각각이 그 원주면에 상기 플라스틱 외장(6) 재질인 플라스틱보다 높은 용융점을 갖는 플라스틱 피복층(33)을 갖춘 금속제파이프(31)내부에 광섬유(32)가 배열된 다수의 광섬유케이블(3) 및 상기 플라스틱 외장(6)의 원주면에 다수의 외장철선(7)이 감겨져 형성된 외장철선층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 피복층(33)과 금속제 파이프(31)사이에 단열층(301)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 심(1)의 동력케이블 심으로 되어 있고, 상기 플라스틱 외장(6) 및 플라스틱 피복층의 재질이 전기적 반도체재질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 심(1)이 동력케이블 심으로 되어 있고, 상기 플라스틱 외장(6), 플라스틱 피복층(33) 및 단열층(301)이 전기적 반도체재질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속제 파이프(31)의 재질이 스테인레스 강이고, 그 원주상에 내 부식성 화합물이 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 금속제 파이프(31)의 재질이 스테인레스 강이고, 그 원주상에 도전성을 갖는 내부식성 화합물이 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중용 광섬유케이블 유니트.
