Claims (4)
- 회전축(1)이 관통하고 적당한 안내수단에 의해 상기 전동축이 중앙에 위치하는 고정자(3) 및 상기 고정자의 내측원통면에 인접되게 외측원통면을 배치하여 이들 사이에 작은 틈을 갖는 공기갭이 형성되도록 상기 전동축에 고정가능하고 전선코일을 구비하고 전기적으로 여자될 때 전기자 및 관련된 액체냉각회로(6)를 형성하는 상기 고정자의 환상강자성부내에 자계를 발생가능한 유도자로 구성된 회전자(2)로 구성된 전자식 리타더와 다상교류발전기 특히 그 전기자(13)는 상기 회전자(2)의 일부를 형성하고 또한 상기 회전자(2)의 일부를 형성하는 정류기(18)에 의해 상기 코일(4)에 접속된 3상 교류발전기로 이루어진 코일(4)용 전기 공급수단으로 구성된 전동축(1) 제동용 상기 전자식 리타더와 그 전기 공급수단으로 형성된 조립체에 있어서, 리타더의 유도자 코일(4)의 수 및 교류발전기의 유도자극(14)의 수는 모두 12개 또는 그 이상이고, 교류발전기의 유도자극(14)에 의해 형성된 고정자링은 작은틈을 갖는 공기갭(e)이 형성되도록 이 교류발전기의 회전자 전자기를 둘러싸고, 리타더의 유도자코일(4)및 교류발전기의 전기자에 의해 각기 형성된 두개의 회전자링은 가로연결 플랜지(20)에 의해 내측상으로 연장된 비교적 큰 내경의 내측슬리브(19)의 외측면상에 축방으로 나란히 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전동축(1)제동용 전자식 리타더와 그 전기 공급수단으로 형성된 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교류발전기의 회전자(13)로부터 가장 멀리 떨어진 리타더의 회전자(2)의 축방단부는 리타더의 고정자(3)의 통풍용 핀형구조(23)에 의해 축방으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체냉각 리타더 전기자(5) 및 교류 발전기의 유도자극(14)에 의해 각기 형성된 두개의 고정자링은 내측슬리브(19)와 동축인 원통형 케이싱(22)의 내측원통면상에 축방으로 나란히 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리타더의 유도자코일(4)의 수는 18개이고 교류발전기의 유도자극(14)의 수는 24개인 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
