Claims (4)
- 정보 플레인을 광학적으로 주사하기 위해, 주사 빔을 공급하는 다이오드 레이저와, 정보 플레인(plane)상에 주사 스폿(spot)을 형성하기 위해 공축을 따라 주사 빔의 촛점을 맞추는(focussing) 대물렌즈계와, 상기 다이오드 레이저와 상기 대물렌즈계 사이에 위치하여 정보 플레인에 의해 반사된 방사선 빔을 두개의 검출기 쌍으로 구성된 방사선 감지 검출계로 편향시키고, 상기 방사선빔을 독립된 검출기쌍 위에 이미지된(image) 두개의 서브빔들로 나누는 기능을 하며, 다수의 평행한 스트립(strips)들을 갖고 있으며, 공통 경계라인을 따라 인접해 있는 두개의 서브 격자로 구성된 합성 회절 격자로 구성되어 있는 장치에 있어서, 다이오드 레이저와 검출계는 한개의 집적 유닛으로 함께 결합되며, 다이오드 레이저와 검출계 사이에 있는 장치의 광축을 따라 측정된 축거리는 공칭된 고정값을 가지고 있으며, 다이오드 레이저와 합성 격자 사이의 축 거리는 약 9mm보다 적으며, 변동하는 격자주기들을 갖고 있는 서브 격자들과 서브 격자 스트립들은 곡선형으로 되어 있고, 합성 격자는 상기 경계 라인과 평행한 방향으로 반위되었을 때, 상기 서브빔들의 축 이미징 거리를 변화시키고, 상기 다이오드 레이저와 상기, 검출기쌍간의 축거리의 상기 공칭된 고정 값의 변화에 대응하기 위해 상기 서브빔들의 이미징을 조정할 수 있는 렌즈로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 주사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두 서브 격자간의 경계선 영역에서 두 서브 격자의 격자 스티립은 상기 경계선에 수직이고, 상기 두 개의 서브 격자에 대응하는 부분들은 상이한 격자주기 및 상이한 곡선의 격자 스트립을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 주사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두 개의 서브 격작에 대응하는 부분들은 동일한 격자 주기를 갖고, 서브 격자의 대응 스트립은 서브 격자 사이에 있는 경계선에 동일한 대향각으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 주사장치.
- 제1, 2 또는 3항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 합성 회절격자는 릴리프 구조(relief structure)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 주사 장치.
