Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 내막의 내피 세포가 벗겨진 환자의 혈관 통로를 재생시키는데 사용되는, 혈액 또는 혈장에 현탁된 미세 혈관 내피 세포를 포함하여 구성되는 약물.
- 내막의 내피 세포가 벗겨진 환자의 혈관 통로를 재생시키는데 사용되는, 세포 대 용액의 비율이 1 : 5 내지 1 : 15가 되도록 비응괴 완층 용액에 현탁시킨 미세 혈관 내피 세포를 포함하여 구성되는 약물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백질을 포함하여 구성된 약물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피브로넥틴, 혈소판이 결핍된 혈장, 알부민, 덱스트란 40, 덱스트란 70, 내피 세포 성장 인자 또는 헤파린 설페이트로부터 선택된 세포 유착 보조제를 더욱 포함하여 구성되는 약물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내피 세포는 환자의 지방 조직으로부터 유도되는 약물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단백질을 포함하여 구성되는 약물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 피브로넥틴, 혈소판이 결핀된 혈장, 알부민, 덱스트란 40, 덱스트란 70, 내피 세포 성장 인자 또는 헤파린 설페이트로부터 선택된 세포 유착 보조제를 더욱 포함하여 구성되는 약물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내피 세포는 환자의 지방 조직으로부터 유도되는 약물.
