- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치환이 +123에 해당되는 위치에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서브틸리신 돌연변이체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 서브틸리신 돌연변이체에서 상기 +123위치의 아미노산 잔기가 세린인 것을 특징으로 하는 서브틸리신 돌연변이체.
