Claims (5)
- 크랭크실, 흡입실, 토출실 및 이들 각실을 접속하는 실린더 보어를 구획 형성하고 실린더 보어내에 편두 피스톤을 왕복 직선 운동 가능하게 수용하는 하우징내의 회전축상에 사판 지지체를 활주 가능하게 지지하고 이 사판 지지체상에 사판을 기울어져 이동 가능하게 지지하는 동시에 회전축에 고정된 회전지지체에 사판을 기울어져 이동 가능하게 연결하고 크랭크실내의 압력과 흡입압과의 편두 피스톤을 거친 차이에 의해서 사판의 경각을 제어하고 토출압 영역과 크랭크실내의 압력과 흡입압과의 편두 피스톤을 거친 차이에 의해서 사판의 경각을 제어하고 토출압 영역과 크랭크실을 접속하는 압력 공급 통로를 거쳐서 토출압 영역의 압력을 크랭크실에 공급하는 동시에 이 압력 공급을 흡입압에 반응하는 용량 제어 밸브로 제어하고, 크랭크실과 흡입압 영역을 접속하는 방압 통로를 거쳐서 크랭크실의 압력을 흡입압 영역에 방출해서 크랭크실내의 압력을 조정하는 무클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기에 있어서, 외부 냉매 회로로부터 상기 흡입실로 냉매가스를 도입하기 위한 흡입 통로를 폐쇄하는 폐쇄 위치와 상기 흡입 통로를 개방하는 개방 위치로 전환 가능하게 상기 회전축상에 차단체를 활주가능 또는 상대 회전 가능하게 지지하고 상기 사판 지지체의 활주부가 적어도 일부에 차단체의 활주부를 연동시키고 상기 차단체가 상기 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때는 사판의 경각을 영이 아닌 최소 경각으로 유지하고 상기 차단체와 회전축과의 미끄럼 접합 영역에 상기 방압 통로의 일부를 형성하고 상기 차단체에 의해서 차단되는 흡입 통로상의 차단 위치보다 하류측에 상기 방압 통로의 출구를 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 무클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방압 통로를 회전축내에 형성하고 이 방압 통로의 입구는 회전축 주위면의 시일을 행하는 립 시일의 근처에서 상기 크랭크실에 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무 클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기.
- 크랭크실, 흡입실 , 토출실 및 이들 각 실을 접속하는 실린더 보어를 구획 형성하고 실린더 보어내에 편두 피스톤을 왕복 직선 운동 가능하게 수용하는 하우징내의 회전축상에 사판 지지체를 활주 가능하게 지지하고 이 사판 지지체상에 사판을 기울어져 이동 가능하게 지지하는 동시에 회전축에 고정된 회전 지지체에 사판을 기울어져 이동 가능하게 연결하고 크랭크실내의 압력과 흡입압과의 편두 피스톤을 거친 차이에 의해서 사판의 경각을 제어하고 토출압 영역과 크랭크실을 접속하는 압력 공급 통로를 거쳐서 토출압 영역의 압력을 크랭크실에 공급하는 동시에 이 압력 공급을 흡입압에 반응하는 용량 제어 밸브로 제어하고, 크랭크실과 흡입압 영역을 접속하는 방압 통로를 거쳐서 크랭크실의 압력을 흡입압 영역에 방출해서 크랭크 실내의 압력을 조정하는 무클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기의 용량 제어 방법에 있어서, 냉동 회로내의 냉매가스를 도입 불능한 폐쇄 위치와 도입 가능한 개방 위치로 전환되는 차단체가 상기 크랭크실의 압력을 작용시키고 상기 차단체가 상기 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때는 사판의 경각을 영이 아닌 최소 전달 경각으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기의 용량 제어 방법.
- 크랭크실, 흡입실, 토출실 및 이들 각 실을 접속하는 실린더 보어를 구획 형성하고 실린더 보어내에 편두 피스톤을 왕복 직선 운동 가능하게 수용하는 하우징내의 회전축상에 사판 지지체를 활주 가능하게 지지하고 이 사판 지지체상에 사판을 기울어져 이동 가능하게 지지하는 동시에 회전축에 고정 부착된 회전 지지체에 사판을 기울어져 이동 가능하게 연결하고 크랭크실내의 압력과 흡입실과의 편두 피스톤을 거친 차이에 의해서 사판의 경각을 제어하고 토출압 영역과 크랭크실을 접속하는 압력 공급 통로를 거쳐서 토출압 영역의 압력을 크랭크실에 공급하는 동시에 이 압력 공급을 흡입압에 반응하는 용량 제어 밸브로 제어하고 크랭크실과 흡입압 영역을 접속하는 방향 통로를 거쳐서 크랭크실의 압력을 흡입압 영역에 방출해서 크랭크실내의 압력을 조정하는 무클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기에 있어서, 외부 냉매 회로로부터 상기 흡입실로의 냉매가스를 도입 불능한 폐쇄위치와 도입 가능한 개방 위치로 전환되는 차단체를 상기 사판 지지체에 연동시키고 상기 차단체가 상기 폐쇄위치에 있을 때는 사판의 경각을 영이 아닌 최소 경각으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용량 제어 밸브의 흡입압 도입 위치는 상기 차단체에 의해서 차단되는 위치보다 상류측에 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 무클러치 편측 피스톤식 가변 용량 압축기.
