Claims (1)
- 실린더블록(1),(2)에 대해 회전축(7)을 둘러싸도록 배열된 복수의 실린더내에 피스톤(15)을 수용함과 동시에 회전축(7)의 회전에 연동해서 피스톤(15)을 왕복운동시킴으로써 흡입실(11)로부터 냉매가스를 전기한 피스톤에 의해 실린더내에 구획된 작동실(R),(Ra),(Rb)로 흡입하여 압축된 냉매가스를 토출실(23),(24)로 토출하도록 구성된 피스톤식압축기에 있어서, 전기한 실린더블록(1),(2)에 대해 각 실린더(13),(14)와 회전축(7)의 사아에 위치하도록 내주면을 가진 수용실(1a),(2a)을 설치하며, 그 수용실(1a),(2a)에는 전기한 내주면에 미끄럼 접촉하도록 외주면을 형성한 로타리밸브(27),(28)를 수용함과 동시에 그 로타리밸브(27),(28)를 전기한 회전축에 대해 그 축과 동기회전가능하게 지지하고, 로타리밸브(27),(28)에는 전기한 흡입실(11)로부터 흡입행정 중의 전기한 작동실(R),(Ra),(Rb)로 냉매가스를 흡입하기 위한 흡입통로(29),(30)를 형성하고, 전기한 수용실(1a),(2a)과 전기한 작동실 사이에 양실을 연결하는 연결로를 형성하여 전기한 연결로의 전기한 실린더쪽 출구의 위치를 전기한 피스톤(15)이 상사점으로 이동하기 이전에 그 피스톤(15)의 외주면에 의해 폐쇄되는 위치에 설정하고, 더욱이 전기한 로타라밸브(27),(28)에는 전기한 연결로가 피스톤(15)의 외주면 및 로타리밸브(27),(28)의 외주면에 의해 폐쇄공간이 되어 있는 상태로 그 공간의 냉매가스를 압축도중의 작동실과 연결하는 연결로내로 안내하는 바이패스통로를 형성한 피스톤식 압축기에 있어서의 냉매가스 흡입구조.
