Claims (6)
- a) 하류통로(R2)(114)와 상류통로(R1)(112)를 연통시키기 위해 밸브케이싱내에 형성된 연통통로(25)(113)와, b) 연통통로(25)(113)를 개폐하기 위해 왕복가능한 밸브요소(a)(111)와, c) 전기한 밸브케이싱내에 직렬로 배치된 스프링 상수가 작은 압력조절스프링(d)과 스프링 상수가 큰 수격작용방지스프링(c)으로 구성되어, 전기한 밸브요소를 개방방향으로 편향시키며, 전기한 연통통로(25)(113)의 개방면적을 변화시킬 수 있으므로 전기한 연통통로(25)(113)의 압력을 조절하여 수격작용의 발생을 방지하는 밸브요소편향장치(a')(b)들을 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압조절시 수격작용을 방지하는 장치.
- a) 하류통로(R2)(114)와 상류통로(R1)(112)를 연통시키기 위해 밸브케이싱내에 형성된 연통통로(25)(113)와, b) 연통통로(25)(113)를 개폐하기 위해 왕복가능한 밸브요소(a)(111)와, c) 전기한 밸브케이싱내에 직렬로 배치된 스프링 상수가 작은 압력조절스프링(d)과 스프링 상수가 큰 수격작용방지스프링(c)으로 구성되어, 전기한 밸브요소를 개방방향으로 편향시키며, 전기한 연통통로(25)(113)의 개방면적을 변화시킬 수 있으므로 전기한 연통통로(25)(113)의 압력을 조절하여 수격작용의 발생을 방지하는 밸브요소편향장치(a')(b)와, d) 수격작용의 발생시에 전기한 밸브요소가 폐쇄방향으로 이동함에 따라 밸브이동체적에 상당하는 양의 물을 전기한 상류통로로부터 전기한 하류통로로 유출할 수 있는 보조통로(e)들으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압조절시 수격작용을 방지하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 밸브요소편향장치(a')(b)는 대부분 전기한 하류통로내에 발생하는 하류측밸브압력으로만 전기한 밸브요소를 왕복시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압조절시 수격작용을 방지하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 장치는 온수와 냉수를 혼합하는 혼합밸브(10)에 한쪽끝이 연결된 급수관(20)(152)내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압조절시 수격작용을 방지하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 장치는 온수와 냉수를 혼합하는 혼합밸브(10)내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압조절시 수격작용을 방지하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 장치는 급수중지밸브(29)(M)내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압조절시 수격작용을 방지하는 장치.
