Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 가스 혼합물로부터 아산화질소를 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, 아산화질소를 함유하는 가스 혼합물을 아산화질소를 질소 가스 및 산 가스로 전환시키기에 충분한 조건하에 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 촉매는 구리, 코발트, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄 및 팔라듐으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 금속에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 이온 교환되어 있는 BETA, MOR, MFI, MEL, 및 FER로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 구조 유형을 가진 결정질 제올라이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 약 15%의 금속에 의해 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 200℃ 내지 800℃의 온도 및 0.1 내지 300기압의 압력하에 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 1,000hr-1내지 300,000hr-1의 시간당 가스 공간 속도를 가진 고정 베드 반응기 내에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 MOR구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 합성 모오데나이트, 천연 모오데나이트, Na-D 및 프티로라이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 MFI구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 ZSM-5, 실리카라이트 -1, 실리카라이트, 제타-1, 제타-3, NU-4, NU-5 및 AZ-1 으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 MEL 구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 ZSM-11 및 실리카라이트-2로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 FER 구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 페리에라이트인 방법.
- 가스 혼합물로부터 아산화질소를 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, 아산화질소를 함유하는 가스 혼합물을 아산화질소를 질소 가스 및 산소 가스로 전환시키기에 충분한 조건하에 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 촉매는 구리, 코발트, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 및 팔라듐으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 금속에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 이온 교환되어 있는 MFI구조를 나타내는 결정질 제올라이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01내지 약 15중량%의 금속에 의해 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 200℃ 내지 800℃의 온도 및 0.01내지 300기압의 압력하에 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 1,000hr-1내지 300,000-1의 시간당 가스 공간속도를 가진 고정 베드 반응기내에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 MFI구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 약 15중량%의 구리에 의해 이온 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 MFI구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 약 15중량%의 코발트에 의해 이온 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 MFI구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 약 15중량%의 로듐에 의해 이온 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 MFI구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 약 15중량%의 루테늄에 의해 이온 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 MFI구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 약 15중량%의 팔라듐에 의해 이온 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 MFI구조형 결정질 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 약 15중량%의 이리듐에 의해 이온 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 가스 혼합물로부터 아산화 질소를 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, 아산화질소를 함유하는 가스 혼합물을 아산화질소를 질소 가스 및 산소 가스로 전환시키기에 충분한 조건하에 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 촉매는 구리, 코발트, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄 및 팔라듐으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 금속에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 이온 교환되어 있는 ZSM-5결정질 제올라이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로하여 0.01 내지 약 15중량%의 금속에 의해 교환되어 있는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 200℃ 내지 800℃의 온도 및 0.1 내지 300기압의 압력하에 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 1,000hr-1내지 100,000hr-1의 시간당 가스 공간 속도를 가진 고정베드 반응기 내에서 수행하는 방법.
