Description
Claims (5)
- 피스톤 관부(冠部)의 하면에 슬라이딩체의 윗면을 가로방향 슬라이딩이 가능하게 걸어맞춤하고, 슬라이딩체의 하부에 단면이 원호상인 볼록면을 설치하고, 이 볼록면에 걸어맞춤하는 단면이 원호상인 오목면을 갖는 수판(受板)을 연접봉의 선단부에 형성하고, 이 수판의 하부에 형성한 단면이 원호상인 볼록면을, 고리모양의 누름부재의 상부에 형성한 단면이 원호상인 오목면에 걸어맞춤하고, 상기 누름부재를 피스톤 스커트부에 나사맞춤한 유지통의 상면에 가로방향 슬라이딩이 가능하게 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤과 연접봉의 연결구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수판의 중심에서 아래쪽으로 돌출하는 보스부에 나사 구멍을 설치하고, 연접봉의 선단부에 설치된 나사축을 상기 나사 구멍으로 나사맞춤한 피스톤과 연접봉의 연결구조.
- 피스톤 관부의 하면에 슬라이딩체의 윗면을 가로방향 슬라이딩이 가능하게 걸어 맞춤하고, 슬라이딩체의 하부에 형성된 단면이 원호상인 볼록면을, 연접봉의 선단부에 형성된 수판의 상부의 단면이 V자상인 오목면에 걸어맞춤하고, 수판의 하부에 형성된 단면이 원호상인 볼록면을, 스커트부에 지지한 고리 모양의 누름부재 상부의 단면이 V자상인 오목면에 걸어맞춤한 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤과 연접봉의 연결구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이딩체와 누름부재와의 적어도 한쪽에 다수의 구멍을 설치하고, 이 구멍에 수판과 접하는 볼을 걸어맞춤한 피스톤과 연접봉의 연결구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 스커트부의 오일을 긁는 링 장착부의 아래쪽에 작은 지름의 외주벽을 형성하고, 피스톤 스커트부의 작은 지름의 외주벽에서 내주벽으로 관통하는 오일통로를 설치하고, 유지통의 외주벽에 상기 오일 통로에 연이어 통하는 고리상 홈과, 상기 고리상 홈에서 유지통의 내주벽으로 관통하는 오일 통로를 설치한 피스톤과 연접봉의 연결구조.
