Description
Claims (10)
- 코일형 플레이트, 코일형 판재 또는 낱장 플레이트 등을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, a) 3.5인치 내지 5.5인치 두께를 갖는 슬라브 가닥을 연속주조하는 단계 ; b) 상기 슬라브 가닥을 사전에 예정된 길이로 절단하는 단계 ; c) 상기 절단된 슬라브를 직열식 가열로(42)에 공급하는 단계 ; d) 상기 슬라브를, 상,하부측에 각각 권취 가열로(58)(60)를 갖는 열간가역식 압연기(56)를 포함하는 연속처리라인에 배출하는 단계 ;e) 상기 슬라브를 상기 압연기를 통하여 전,후로 통과시켜, 상기 압연기를 통과한 평면압연의 최소 횟수후에 권취에 충분한 두께의 중간제품으로 압연하는 단계 ; f) 상기 중간제품을 상,하부 권취 가열로중의 어느 하나내에서 코일로 감는 단계 ; g) 상기 코일로 감긴 중간제품을 압연기를 통하여 전,후로 통과시켜 원하는 두께의 최종제품으로 두께를 감소시키고, 상기 중간제품은 압연기를 통과하는 각각의 패스상에서 권취 가열로 각각 내에 수집되고 배출되는 단계 ; 및 h) 상기 최종제품을 코일형 플레이트, 낱장 플레이트 또는 코일형 판재중의 어느 하나로 마무리 처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열로의 후류측에서 지연이 발생되면, 상기 연주기의 후류측에 위치되고, 가열로에 인접한 슬라브 분리대(a slab take off)로부터 슬라브를 제거하고, 상기 슬라브를 가열로에 장입하기 전에 가열로 상류측의 저장 영역내에 적치하는 단계를 추가 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라브 가닥을 3.75인치 내지 4.5인치의 두께로 주조함을 특징으로 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라브 가닥을 4인치의 두께로 주조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열간가역식 압연기(56)를 통하여 상기 중간제품을 6이하의 압연패스로서 최종제품으로 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최종제품의 마무리 공정은 낱장길이의 플레이트로 직렬로 절단하고, 상기 플레이트를 냉각시키며, 측면절단기(72) 및 단부절단기(74) 및 적치대(76)중의 적어도 어느 하나를 통하여 상기 플레이트를 마무리하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1인치 이하 두께의 중간제품을 형성하기 위하여 단지 3회의 평면압연패스가 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최소횟수의 압연패스는 상기 상부측 코일러에서 상기 하부측 코일러로의 2회의 압연패스와, 상기 하부측 코일러에서 상기 상부측 코일러로의 적어도 1회의 압연패스를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- a) 3.5인치 내지 5.5인지 두께의 슬라브 가닥을 형성하기 위한 연속식 스트립 주조기 (30) 수단 ; b) 상기 연주기 수단의 후류측에서 상기 슬라브 가닥을 필요한 길이의 슬라브로 절단하기 위한 직열식 절단기(34) ; c) 상기 절단기(34)와 직열배열을 이루고, 횡방향으로 작동가능한 스라브 분리대를 갖는 슬라브 테이블 콘베이어(36) ; d) 상기 슬라브 테이블 콘베이어(36)에 인접하여 상기 슬라브 분리대로부터 슬라브를 받는 슬라브 집합소 및 저장 영역(40) ; e) 상기 슬라브 콘베이어 테이블과 슬라브 집합소 및 저장영역에 직렬로 배열되어 각각으로부터 슬라브를 받는 유입단부를 갖는 재가열로(42) ; f) 상기 재가열로(42)의 배출단부에 위치되는 공급 및 복귀테이블(52) ; g) 상기 공급 및 복귀 테이블(52)에 직렬로 연결되어 상기 재가열로(42)에서 배출되는 슬라브를 최소한의 평편압연 횟수내에서 코일링(coiling)에 충분한 두께의 중간 제품으로 압연하는 열간가역식 압연기(56) 수단 ; h) 상기 열간가역식 압연기 수단의 상류측에 하나가 위치되고, 하류측에 다른 하나가 위치되며, 그 사이에서 상기 중간두께의 제품이 통과되어 상기 열간가역식 압연 수단을 통과함으로서 최종두께의 제품으로 압연되도록 상기 중간두께의 제품을 수용하고 배출시키는 한쌍의 권취 가열로(58)(60) ; 및 i) 상기 한쌍의 권취 가열로(58)(60)와 열간가역식 압연 수단(56)에 직렬로 후류측에서 배치된 사상공정라인(71)을 포함하는 중간두께의 슬라브 연주기 및 직열식 열연스트립과 플레이트 생산라인장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 사상공정라인은 일련의 냉각대(62), 다운코일러(66), 플레이트 테이블(64), 전단기(68), 냉각베드 교차대(a cooling bed crossover), 플레이트 측면 및 단부절단기 (72)(74) 및 적치대(76)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
