Claims (7)
- 전단부는 반원형으로 닫혀있고 후단부는 개방되어 있으며, 외주면을 따라 오목홈(15) 또는 볼록형 돌출부(17)가 형성되어 있는 원통형의 플러그(11)와, 상기 플러그(11) 내의 중심부에 길이방향으로 삽입되어 있는 원봉형의 화약(12)과, 상기 플러그(11)내에서 화약(12) 주변을 둘러싸고 있으며, 플러그(11) 내의 전단부에 일정공간이 남도록 장착된 원통형의 완충제(13)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 플러그 결합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플러그(11)는 완전 소둔한 인코넬 600, 인코넬 690, 티타늄 합금 또는 스텐레스 합금의 재질로 이루어지고 플러그(11)의 외경은 열교환기의 누수세관(1)의 내경보다 0.25~0.44mm 작으며, 플러그(11)의 두께는 1.05~2.15mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 결합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플러그(11) 전단부의 내면에 암나사(14)가 형성되어 있고, 플러그(11) 외주면에는 깊이 0.25~0.45mm인 오목홈(15)이 2~6개 형성되어 있으며, 오목홈((15)속에 금과 니켈의 합금으로 된 직경 0.28~0.52mm의 환형링(16)이 4~5개 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 결합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 오목홈(15)속에 위치하는 환형링(16)은 금 84~95중량%와 니켈 5~16중량%의 합금으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 플러그 결합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플러그(11)의 외주면에 높이 0.25~0.45mm인 볼록형 돌출부(17)가 2~6개 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 결합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플러그(11) 내의 중심부의 화약(12)은 암모늄니트라이트(AN), 펜트리트(PETN), 헥소겐(HMX) 또는 사이크로 디메틸 에미트 리니트라민(RDX)이고, 화약량의 범위는 3.2~8.5g/m 인 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 결합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플러그 결합체(10)를 대형 열교환기의 튜브시트(2) 홀의 누수세관(1)의 단부내에 장착한 후, 플러그(11)내의 중심부의 화약(12)을 플러그로부터 격리된 뇌관(22)과 도폭선(20)으로 연결한 다음 뇌관(22)에 연결된 도화선(23)을 점화하여 화약(12)을 폭발시켜 플러그(11)와 누수세관(1)을 접합시킴을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 누수세관의 밀폐방법.
