Abstract
본 발명은 생산공정에서의 자동화된 단위설비에서 발생하는 실시간데이타를 산업용 컴퓨터에 구현하기 위한 실시간 통계적 공정제어를 위한 품질제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래에 하나의 설비의 데이타발생원에 대하여 실시간으로 공정제어 를 하고, 실시간으로 발생하는 데이타를 데이타베이스에 저장하지 않고, 입력 데이타에 대해 조작자가 직접 조작하지 않는 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명에서는 조작자의 조작과 결과를 담당하는 소저의 터미날(10)과, 다수의 설비로 구성된 데이타 발생부(30)로부터의 데이타에 대한 통계치들의 분석을 하기 위해 실시간 데이타수집부(41), 수집주기에 따라 수집된 데이타를 이력데이타베이스(51)에 저장하기 위해 데이타 저장부(44), 이력데이타베이스(51)로 부터 표본데이타를 추출하기 위한 데이타 추출부(45), 상기 실시간 데이타수집부(41)로 부터의 데이타를 이용한 온라인 통계적 공정제어와 데이타 발생원의 이름과 수집기간을 이용하여 데이타 추출부를 통해 이력데이타 베이스로부터 표본데이타를 추출하는 오프라인 통계적공정제어를 수행하는 통계적 공정제어부(42), 그리고 이 통계적 공정제어부(42)에서 출력되는 데이타에 오류를 검출하기 위한 데이타 오류검출부(47)를 구성된 산업용 컴퓨터(40)와, 상기 오류의 상태를 검출하여 경보신호로서 표시하기 위한 경보부(60)와, 상기 통계적 공정제어부(47)로부터의 통계치를 나타내기 위한 그래픽인쇄부(20) 및 상기 소정의 터미널(10)의 그래픽출력부(11)를 제공함으로써 생산비 절감, 범용성, 품질 개선을 하여 생산성을 증가시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a quality control device for real-time statistical process control for real-time data generated in an automated unit facility in a production process on an industrial computer, and conventionally, process control in real time with respect to a data source of a single facility.
