본 발명은 내용물유출이 쉬운 배출구를 가진 캔(can)뚜껑 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 경우 캔뚜껑의 제조과정중에 소재의 내, 외측표면에 보호피막코팅을 수행하기는 하지만 실제로는 그 보호 피막의 두께가 얇고 고리를 결합하는 과정이나 캔뚜껑과 본체를 시밍하는 과정에서 국부적으로 긁히거나 자체소재사이의 마찰에 의하여 보호피막이 벗겨져 내용물의 장기 보관상 어려운문제, 부식에 따른 내용물의 오염문제, 또한 배출구를 통하여 내용물을 배출하는 과정에서 캔뚜껑의 표면에 있던 오염물질에 의한 내용물의 오염문제, 배출구 주위에 내용물이 잔류하게 되는 문제등이 있었던바, 본 발명은 이러한 종래의 제반문제를 해소하고자 캔뚜껑의 제조시에 개방부의 고리를 결합한우 캔 뚜껑의 전면에 수지제의 배출유도관과 공기진입구를 별성하여 이루어지는 유도배출부재를 부착하되 저면전체면적중 외주연 일부를 제외한 나머진 전부위에 걸쳐 수지제 연장부를 부착하여 캔뚜껑과 캔본체를 시밍하는 과정에서 취약부위가 발생한 가능성을 배제하고 내용물의 배출시에도 캔뚜껑자체 배출구에는 내용물이 직접접촉되지 않아 캔뚜껑의 상부표면이 오염되어 있더라 내용물을 위생적으로 용이하게 배출시킬 수 있어 캔용기 제조분야에 유용하게 활용할 수 있는데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a can lid having an outlet for easy contents outflow and a method for manufacturing the same.
