Claims (5)
- TCU의 신호에 따라 작동하는 라이너 솔레노이드 밸브(23)에 의해 결정되는 검출압(Ps)이 시프트 컨트롤 밸브(11)에 작용하여 3개의 포트(27)(28)(29)를 선택적으로 개폐함에 의해 D위치에서 4,3,2,1속이 자동으로 이루어지고, TUC제어불능시 상기한 시프트 컨트롤 밸브(11)와 함께 하우징(12)내에 위치한 매뉴얼 밸브(10)가 변속레버의 위치에 따라 이동함에 의해 포트(27)(28)(29)를 개폐함으로서 수동변속이 가능하게 이루어지도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기 유압제어장치의 변속밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시프트 컨트롤 밸브(11)와 매뉴얼 밸브(10)사이에는 스프링(19)이 탄력설치되고, 시프트 컨트롤 밸브(11)와 하우징(12)사이에 스프링(19)의 탄성계수보다 큰 탄성계수를 갖는 스프링(20)이 탄력설치됨을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기 유압제어장치의 변속밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시프트 컨트롤 밸브(11)는 검출압(Ps)이 작용하는 2개의 랜드(21)(22)를 보유함을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기 유압제어장치의 변속밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 랜드(21)의 단면적은 랜드(22)의 단면적보다 크게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기 유압제어장치의 변속밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라이너 솔레노이드 밸브(23)의 입구측에는 공급유압의 안정을 위한 릴리프 밸브(25)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기 유압제어장치의 변속밸브.
