Claims (15)
- 반응이 질소 및 인에서 선택되는 최소한 하나의 VB족 원소의 4차 염화 오늄의 존재하에 수행되고, 상기 원소가 탄소원자에 4-배위결합되며, 질소가 2개의 5가 인 원자에 배위 결합될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는, 고온에서 대기압 이상의 압력하에 알릴 알코올, 일산화탄소 및 팔라듐-기재 촉매를 접촉시킴에 의한 β,γ-불포화산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 4차 염화 오늄이 하기 일반식(II)~(V)중 하나에 상응하는 4차 오늄 양이온을 소유하는 방법.[상기식중, A는 질소 또는 인을 나타내고 ; R6, R7, R8및 R9는 동일하거나 상이하며, 페닐, 히드록시, 할로, 니트로, 알콕시 또는 알콕시카르보닐기에 의해 치환 가능한, 1~16 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기 ; 2~12 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알케닐기 ; 또는 1~4 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기 또는 알콕시, 알콕시카르보닐 또는 할로기의 하나 이상에 의해 치환 가능한, 6~10 탄소원자를 함유하는 아릴기를 나타내고, R6~R9중 두 기는 함께 3~6 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌, 알케닐렌 또는 알카디에닐렌기를 형성할 수 있으며 ; R10, R11, R12및 R13은 동일하거나 상이하며, 1~4 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기를 나타내고, R12및 R13을 함께 3~6 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬렌기를 형성할 수 있으며, R11및 R12또는 R11및 R13은 함께 4탄소원자를 함유하고 N과 함께 질소 헤테로고리를 구성하는 알킬렌, 알케닐렌 또는 알카디에닐렌기를 형성할 수 있고 ; R14는 1~4 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타내고 ; R15는 1~4 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기(R14와 유사하거나 상이하다) ; 또는 2~12 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알케닐기를 나타내고 ; n은 1~10의 정수를 나타내며 ; R16은 1~4 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기, 또는 알콕시, 알콕시카르보닐 또는 할로기의 하나 이상에 의해 치환 가능한, 6~10 탄소원자를 함유하는 아릴기를 나타낸다.]
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 4차 오늄 양이온이, A는 인을 나타내고 ; R6, R7, R8및 R9는 동일하거나 상이하며, 1~8 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기 또는 페닐 또는 4-메틸페닐기를 나타내는 제 3 항의 일반식(II)에 상응하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 4차 염화 오늄이 테트라부틸 포스포늄 클로라이드인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 팔라듐에 대한 오늄 양이온의 몰비가 1이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응매질 중의 팔라듐 농도가 10-3~1몰/l 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응온도가 50~150℃인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압력이 10~250바아(1,000~25,000kPa)인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응이 유기 희석제 또는 용매의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 용매가 N-메틸피롤리돈인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 용매가 4차 염화 오늄인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 알릴 알코올이 2-부텐-1,4-디올, 1-부텐-3,4-디올 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 방법.
