Claims (25)
- 액체로 부분충전된 캡슐 ; 상기 캡슐내에 놓인 제1 및 제2전극들로 구성된 제1전극 수단으로서, 상기 액체에 상기 제1 및 제2전극들이 잠기는 상대적 정도가 제1각도 범위에서 기준 축선을 중심으로한 그리고 제1기준 각도에 대한 상기 캡슐의 경사각을 나타내는 제1전극 수단 ; 그리고 상기 캡슐내에 놓인 제3 및 제4전극들로 구성된 제2전극 수단으로서, 상기 액체에 상기 제3 및 제4전극들이 잠기는 상대적 정도가 제2각도 범위에서 상기 기준 축선을 중심으로한 그리고 상기 제1기준 각도와 다른 제2기준 각도에 대한 상기 캡슐의 경사각을 나타내는 제2전극 수단으로 구성되고, 상기 제1 및 제2전극 수단들은, 상기 기준 축선을 중심으로 한 캡슐의 어떤 경사 각도가 상기 제1 및 제2범위들중 적어도 한 범위내에 포함되고 상기 제1 및 제2기준 각도들은 제1 및 제2 전극 수단들의 전극들이 각자 액체에 똑같이 잠기는 그런 각도들이도록 배치되는 경사 측정 장치용 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2기준 각도들이 직교하여 배치되는, 경사 측정 장치용 센서.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 수단은, 상기 한 전극 수단의 전극들중 한 전극을 그리고나서 다른 전극을 상기 선택된 전극으로 선택하고 상기 한 전극 수단의 선택안된 전극을 접지에 접속시키도록 배치되는 경사 측정 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 구동원이 교번 전기 구동 신호를 발생하는 경사 측정 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 처리 수단이, 상기 출력 신호를 증폭하는 증폭기 수단 ; 상기 구동 신호와 동일한 주파수를 갖는 성분을 포함하고 서로 90˚위상차가 나는 제1 및 제2기준 신호들로 상기 증폭된 신호를 순차로 곱하여 제1 및 제2승산된 신호들을 발생하는 승산기 수단 ; 상기 승산된 신호의 소정 사이클 수에 대해 각 승산된 신호를 적분하여 제1 및 제2적분된 신호들을 발생하는 적분 수단 ; 상기 적분 수단에 응하여, 상기 순차로 선택된 전극들과 관련된 상기 적분된 신호들로부터 경사각을 유도해내는 계산 수단으로 구성되는 경사 측정 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 승산기 수단은 상기 구동 신호의 절반 사이클 간격들 마다 각기 펄스를 발생했다가 꺼지는 기준 신호들에 따라 상기 증포된 신호를 게이트하는 경사 측정 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 처리 수단이, 상기 변형된 신호를 증폭하는 증폭기 수단 ; 상기 구동 신호와 동일한 주파수를 가지고 위상이 같은 성분을 포함하는 기준 신호로 상기 증폭된 신호를 곱하여 승산된 신호를 형성하는 승산기 수단 ; 상기 신호의 소정 갯수의 사이클들에 대해 상기 승산기 수단의 출력을 적분하여 적분된 신호들을 형성하는 적분 수단 ; 그리고 상기 적분 수단에 응하여, 상기 순차로 선택된 전극들과 관련된 상기 적분된 신호들로부터 경사각을 유도하는 계산 수단으로 구성되는 경사 측정 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 승산기 수단은 상기 구동 신호의 절반 사이클 간격들 마다 펄스를 내다 꺼지는 상기 기준신호로 상기 증폭된 신호를 게이트하는, 경사 측정 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 측정 수단은 상기 적분 수단의 출력을 디지탈 신호로 변환하는 아날로그 대 디지탈 변환기를 더 포함하는 경사 측정 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단이 처리 수단에 응하여 상기 제1 또는 제2전극 수단의 전극들을 선택하고, 그래서 측정되는 경사각이 상기 제1 또는 제2전극 수단의 개개의 범위내에 있도록 하는 경사 측정 장치.

- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 매트릭스가 직접 회로의 일부를 형성하는 경사 측정 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 수단은 상기 전극들중 어느 하나를 선택하고 이 선택된 전극을 상기 여기원에 접속하도록 배치되어, 감지 회로에 접속되어 출력 신호를 형성하는 공통 전극과 상기 선택된 전극 사이의 액체 임피던스로서 상기 선택된 전극이 액체에 잠기는 정도에 의존하는 상기 임피던스에 의해 변형되는 구동 신호가 상기 선택된 전극을 통해 캡슐에 인가되도록된 경사 측정 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 전극들은 제1쌍의 전극들과 제2쌍의 전극들을 포함하고, 상기 스위치 수단은, 상기 선택된 전극을 포함하지 않은 쌍의 전극들이 함께 접속되어 공통 전극을 형성하고 그렇게 형성된 공통 전극을 상기 감지 회로에 접속시키도록 전극들을 구성하게 배치된 경사 측정 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 수단은, 상기 한 전극쌍 중 한 전극을 상기 선택된 전극으로서 선택하고 나서 다른 전극을 선택하고 상기 전극쌍의 선택안된 전극을 접지에 접속시키도록 배치된 경사 측정 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 전극들이 각기 반원형이고 쌍으로 배열되며, 각 쌍의 전극들이 상기 기준 축선을 중심으로 서로 떨어져 있는 경사 측정 장치.
