Description
Claims (9)
- 과산화수소 수용액, 암모니아 및 카르보닐기를 가진 반응물로부터 아진을 합성하는 방법에 있어서, 이들 반응물을 약산 아미드 및 이 산에 대응하는 암모늄염과 접촉시키고 수득된 아진을 분리함을 특징으로 하는 아진의 합성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보닐기를 가진 반응물이 케톤, 바람직하게는 아세톤, 메틸 에틸 케톤 또는 메틸이소부틸 케톤임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아미드가 아세트아미드, 프로피온아미드, n-부티르아미드 또는 이소부티르아미드로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 암모늄염의 양이 아미드 5부에 대하여 1∼25부인 방법.
- 과산화수소 수용액, 암모니아 및 카르보닐기를 가진 반응물로부터 아진을 합성하는 방법에 있어서, a) 상기 반응물을 약산 아미드를 함유하는 혼합물과 접촉시키고, b) 수득된 아진을 분리하고, c) 혼합물을 처리하여 a) 단계의 출발 아미드의 초기량을 재생시키고, d) c) 단계 말기에 수득한 혼합물을 다시 a) 단계로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 아진의 합성 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 카르보닐기를 가진 반응물이 케톤, 바람직하게는 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤 또는 메틸이소부틸 케톤임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 아미드가 아세트아미드, 프로피온아미드, n-부티르아미드 또는 이소부티르아미드로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, a) 단계에서, 아미드 이외에 아미드가 유도된 산에 대응하는 암모늄염을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, c)단계의 처리가 바람직하게는 170∼230℃에서 가열하는 것으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
