Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- a) 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌으로부터 선택된 폴리올레핀과 천연산 대두유, 올레인산, 리놀레인산 및 팔미틴산으로부터 선택된 희석제의 용융 혼합물을 방사하여 중공사형 폴리올레핀 다공성 분리막을 성형하는 단계, b) 응고/추출 용매를 사용하여 막을 응고시키고 희석제를 추출하는 단계, 및 c) 잔존 희석제 및 추출 용매를 증발시키는 단계로 이루어지는 중공사형 폴리올레핀 다공성 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀의 용융 지수가 0.1 내지 30이고, 용융 혼합물 중의 농도가 10 내지 80중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응고/추출 용매가 알코올류, 케톤류, 지방족 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알코올이 에틸 알코올 또는 이소프로필 알코올이고, 상기 케톤이 아세톤이며, 상기 지방족 탄화수소가 노르말 헥산이고, 상기 할로겐화 탄화수소가 염화탄화수소, 불화탄화수소 및 염화불화탄화수소로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응고 조건을 변화시킴으로써 제조된 다공성 분리막의 기공의 크기를 조절하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 과정에서 2중 노즐 구조로 된 방사구금(11)을 사용하여 외부 노즐로는 기어 펌프(9)를 사용하여 용융액을 일정량씩 공급하고, 내부 노즐로는 질소(5)를 일정 유량씩 공급하여 중공을 형성함으로써 중공사형의 폴리올레핀 다공성 분리막을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용융 방사시 방사 속도를 조절함으로써 막 표면의 기공의 크기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용융 방사시 권취 속도를 조절함으로써 제조된 다공성 막에 피브릴 구조를 형성하고, 기공률을 향상시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용융 방사 및 희석제 추출 후 재연신 공정을 추가하여 막의 외경 및 내경을 거의 변화시킴이 없이 막 표면 및 막 내부의 다공도를 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제조된 중공사형 폴리올레핀 다공성 분리막의 내경이 100 내지 500μm이고, 막두께가 10 내지 100μm이며, 기공의 크기가 0.1 내지 20μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
