Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- (a) 용매 시스템내의 5wt/v% 이상의 중합체 기체 또는 증기 분리막 형성물질, 및 막 형성물질의 중량을 기저로 하여 약 20중량%의 폴리실록산을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 포함하는 코팅 용액을 기판에 도포하는 단계, 및 (b) 기판상에서 얇은 코팅 층을 건조시켜, 중하체 막 형성물질의 적어도 하나의 내부 분리층을 가지는 다층 복합막을 형성하고, 상기 내부 분리층 위에 상기 첨가제의 외부 보호층 및 기판에 침전된 막의 기체 또는 증기 분리특성을 실질적으로 결정하여 외부 보호층이 결함으로부터 분리층을 보호하는 작용을 하는 단계를 포함하는 다층 복합막 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 분리층 80%이상의 전체 두께를 갖는 코팅으로 이루어지며, 외부 결합 실링층이 20% 이하의 전체 두께를 갖는 코팅으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 용액에서의 막 형성물질의 농도가 약 2wt/v%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 용액내의 첨가제 농도가 코팅 용액내의 막 형성물질의 중량을 기저로 5중량%미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 첨가제의 농도가 막 형성물질의 중량을 기저로 2중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 적어도 약 50% 실록산 유니트를 포함하는 폴리실록산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 첨가제가 아미노 작용기 폴리실록산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 첨가제가 교차결함할 수 있는 반응성 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 막 형성물질이 술폰화 폴리술폰을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 막 형성물질이 술폰화 폴리(페닐렌 산화물)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- (a)(1) 용매 시스템내의 5wt/v% 이상의 중합체 기체 또는 증기 분리막 형성물질, 및 막 형성물질의 기저로 하여 약 20중량%의 폴리실록산을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 포함하는 코팅 용액을 기판에 도포하는 과정, 및 (2) 기판상에 얇은 코팅층을 건조시켜, 중합체 막 형성물질의 적어도 하나의 내부 분리층을 가지는 다층 복합막을 형성하고, 상기 내부 분리층 위에 상기 첨가제의 외부 보호층 및 기판에 침전된 막의 기체 또는 증기 분리 특성을 실질적으로 결정하는 과정을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 다층 복합막과 공급기체 또는 증기혼합물을 접촉시키는 단계, (b) 침투성 기체로서 다층 복합막으로부터 원료 혼합물의 침투성이 큰 성분을 배출하는 단계, 및 (c) 불-침투성 기체로서 다층 복합막으로부터 원료 혼합물의 침투성이 적은 성분을 회수하며, 외부 보호층이 결함으로부터 내부 분리층을 보호하게 하여, 막의 선택적 침투성 수행능을 증가시키게 하는 단계를 포함하는 기체 또는 증기 혼합물 분리방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기체 혼합물이 공기이며, 산소가 더 큰 침투성 성분이며, 질소가 더 적은 침투성 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 공급기체 혼합물이 수소가 더 큰 침투성 성분인 수소-함유 스트림을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 내부 분리층이 80% 이상의 전체 두께를 가지는 코팅으로 이루어지며, 외부 결합실링층이 20% 이하의 전체 두께를 갖는 코팅으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 다층 복합막이 중공 섬유막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 막 형성물질이 술폰화 폴리술폰인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 막 형성물질이 술폰화 폴리(페닐렌 산화물)인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 막 형성물질이 술폰화 폴리(페닐렌 산화물)의 리튬염 형태를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 첨가제가 교차결합 가능한 반응성 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 공급기체 또는 증기 혼합물이 다층 복합막을 접하여 그 공급단부로부터 중공유의 보어를 통해 통과하며, 침투기체가 막의 중공섬유의 바깥쪽 침투면에서 회수되고, 불-침투 기체가 그 공급 단부 반대쪽 출구 단부에서 중공섬유의 보어로부터 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
