Description
Claims (18)
- 제1온도로 폴리오레핀을 용유시켜 방사를 행하고, 방사된 필라멘트를 제2온도로 유지되는 비접촉타입의 제1냉각수단에 의해 냉각하고, 접촉타입의 강제냉각용인 제2냉각수단에 의해 제3온도로 상기 필라멘트를 냉각하고, 상기 제3온도로 냉각된 필라멘트를 가열롤에 의해 직접적으로, 그리고 연속적으로 처리하기 위해 특정의 표면온도를 갖는 가열롤과 함께 높은 연신 배율로 필라멘트를 연속적으로 연신하는 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1냉각수단은 필라멘트가 통과하는 냉각덕트(2)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2냉각수단은 냉각롤(5)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2냉각수단은 필라멘트에 집합제를 가하기 위한 집합제공급롤(4)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1온도는 190-290℃ 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1온도는 190-290℃이 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉각롤의 상기 제3온도는 5-30℃의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열롤의 표면온도는 80-150℃의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 폴리오레핀을 용융시켜 방사를 행하고, 냉각덕트(2)를 통과시킴으로써 방사된 필라멘트를 공기로 냉각하고, 5-30℃의 표면온도를 갖는 냉각롤(5)을 통해 상기 필라멘트를 냉각하고, 80-150℃의 표면온도를 갖는 가열롤(6-1, 6-2)과 함께 높은 연신배율로 상기 필라멘트를 연속적으로 연신하는 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 제1온도로 폴리오레핀을 용융시켜 방사를 행하는 수단과, 제2온도를 유지하면서 방사된 필라멘트를 냉각하기 위한 비접촉타입의 제1냉각수단과, 강제냉각용의 접촉타입으로서, 제3온도로 필라멘트를 냉각하기 위한 제2냉각수단과, 상기 제2냉각수단과 일련의 관계로 위치하고, 특정의 표면온도를 갖는 가열롤과 함께 높은 연신배율로 필라멘트를 연속적으로 연신하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1냉각수단은 필라멘트가 통과하는 냉각덕트(2)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제2냉각수단은 냉각롤(5)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제2냉각수단은 집합제를 필라멘트에 가하기 위한 집합제공급롤(4)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1온도는 190-290℃ 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1온도는 190-290℃ 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 냉각롤(5)의 상기 제3온도는 5-30℃ 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 집합제 공급롤(4)의 상기 제3온도는 5-30℃ 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가열롤(6-1, 6-2)의 특정표면온도는 80-150℃ 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티필라멘트의 제조장치.
