Claims (4)
- 전진 4단 자동변속장치를 구비하고 있는 자동변속기에 있어서, 입력축, 제1및 제2선기어, 상기 제1선기어와 이 맞물리는 긴 피니언, 상기 긴 피니언 및 상기 제2선기어와 이맞물리는 짧은 피니언, 상기 긴 피니언 및 짧은 피니언을 지지하는 캐리어, 그리고 상기 긴 피니언과 이맞물리는 링기어를 구비하고 있는 유성 기어유니트, 제2선기어에 입력축을 연결시키고 상기 자동변속 장치의 축바깥 방향으로 위치되어 있으며 입력축에 제1클러치를 조작적으로 연결하고 그리고 제1클러치를 위한 유압작동기에 구성요소인 허브를 갖춘 플랜지와 상기 유압작동기를 구비하고 있는 제1클러치, 제1선기어에 입력축을 연결시키는 제2클러치, 캐리어에 입력축을 연결시키고, 유압작동기, 플랜지, 유압작동기를 위한 관부재 및 제3클러치의 플랜지와 제1클러치의 허브와의 사이에 위치된 마찰판을 구비하고 있으며 제1클러치 축방향 외측에 위치되어있는 상기 제3클러치, 그리고 제3클러치 외측에 위치되어 있고 한끝에서 제3클러치의 플랜지에 고정되어있고 다른 한끝에서 캐리어에 고정되어 있는 드럼을 구비하고 있는 클러치 장치, 링기어에 연결되어 있고 출력부재가 입력축을 둘러싸도록 자동변속 장치의 중앙에 위치되어 있는 상기 출력부재, 제1선기어와 캐리어를 구속하는 구속장치, 그리고 입력축과 동축으로 변속장치의 내측을 향하여 뻗고 있고 상기 제3클러치의 유압 작동기를 위한 관부재와 플랜지를 회전적으로 지지하는 내부 돌출부를 구비하고 있고 후방부와 제3클러치를 덮고 있는 후방 커버와, 그리고 후방부를 갖추고 있는 메인 케이스를 갖추고 있으며, 그리고 변속장치를 덮고 있는 변속 케이스로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구속장치들은 상기 선기어의 회전을 정지시키는 제1브레이크, 상기 캐리어의 회전을 정지시키는 제2브레이크, 그리고 상기 캐리어의 일방향 회전을 조정하는 제1일방향 클러치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구속장치들은 상기 선기어의 회전을 정지시키는 제1브레이크, 상기 캐리어의 회전을 정지시키는 제2브레이크, 상기 캐리어의 일방향회전을 조정하는 제1일방향 클러치,그리고 상기제 1선기어의 회전이 상기 입력축의 회전을 초과하지 않게 조정하는 제3일방향 클러치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구속장치들은 상기 제1선기어의 회전을 정지시키는 제1브레이크,상기 캐리어의 회전을 정지시키는 제2브레이크 상기 캐리어의 회전을 제어하는 제1일방향클러치,상기 제1선기어의 회전이 입력축의 회전을 초과하지 않게 제어하는 제3일방향 클러치,그리고 상기 제1선기어의 회전을 조정하는 제2일방향 클러치를 통하여 상기 제1선기어의 회전을 정지시키는 제3브레이크로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
