Abstract

접속 블록은 컴퓨터 단말기 또는 개인용 컴퓨터와 같은 두개의 독립된 소자에 단일 10베이스 T(10 base T)케이블을 접속하는데 사용된다. 접속 블록은 케이블내의 신호를 상기 소자에 신호를 전송하는데 필요한 두세트의 4신호로 분리시킴으로써 배열된 단일 케이블이 단일 컴퓨터 단말기 또는 개인용 컴퓨터에 대한 신호를 두 개의 상기소자로 이송할 수 있게 한다. 유리하게는, 10베이스 T회로망에 대한 건물 배선(building wiring)은 임의의 재배선 또는 부가적인 전기 설비를 수행하지 않고도 본질적으로 두배의 용량을 가질 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 8선 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블에 사용되는 접속 블록이며, 플러그를 통해 8선 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블의 한쪽 끝에 접속되며 8개의 단자를 하나의 잭(jack), 두개의 추가 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블 각각의 한쪽 끝에 플러그를 통해 각각 접속되는 두개의 잭을 구비하고, 상기 두개의 잭 각각은 이 잭의 소정 집합의 단자에서 나온 하나의 4선 신호 집합을 상기 두개의 추가 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블 중 하나를 통하여 통신 장치 또는 데이터 네트워크 단말에 접속시키는 것이며, 상기 하나의 잭의 단자중 4개 단자는 상기 두개의 잭중 제1잭의 상기 소정 집합의 4개 단자에 접속되어 있으며 상기 하나의 잭의 단자중 나머지 4개 단자는 상기 두개의 잭의 제2잭의 상기 소정 집합의 4개 단자에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 8선 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블용 접속블럭.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 잭중 한 잭의 상기 소정 집합의 4개의 단자는 상기 하나의 잭의 상기 소정 집합의 4개 단자에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 8선 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블용 접속 블럭.
  3. 8선 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블에 사용되는 접속 블록이며, 8선 트위스트쌍 케이블에 접속할 수 있는 두개의 잭을 구비하고, 상기 두개의 잭 각각은 플러그를 통해 두개의 추가 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블 각각의 한쪽 끝에 접속되고, 상기 추가 신호 케이블 각각은 상기 두개의 잭 중 한잭의 소정 집합의 단자에서 나온 하나의 4선 신호 집합을 통신 장치 또는 데이터 네트워크 단말에 접속하기 위한 것이며, 상기 8선 트위스트쌍 케이블중 4개의 선은 상기 두개의 잭 중 제1잭의 상기 소정 집합의 4단자에 접속될 수 있고, 상기 8선 트위스트쌍 케이블의중 나머지 4개의 선은 상기 두개의 잭중 제2잭의 상기 소정 집합의 4단자에 접속될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 8선 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블용 접속 블럭.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 잭 중 한 잭의 상기 소정집합의 4단자는 상기 8선 트위스트쌍 케이블의 해당 집합의 4개 선에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 8선 트위스트쌍 신호 케이블용 접속 블럭.
