Claims (3)
- Cr3C245 내지 70중량%에 소결조제인 Ni 15 내지 25중량%와 입자 성장 억제제인 WC 10 내지 30중량%를 첨가하고 상기 조성에 파라핀 왁스를 첨가하여 헥산을 용매로 볼 밀링을 실시하고 왁스 볼랜더에서 균일 건조, 분쇄한 후 그 다음에 체 분리 공정, 성형 및 탈지 공정을 거친 후, 진공하에서 1300 내지 1400℃의 온도에서 30 내지 60분간 분말 야금법에 의해 소결 처리한 후 열간 정수압 프레스를 실시하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시계 케이스용 경질 합금을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결 처리는 10-3토르 이하의 진공도에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열간 정수압 프레스는 1000 내지 2000기압, 1200 내지 1300℃의 온도에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
