Claims (13)
- 원통형이며 종축과 단부재의 외주변상에 가요성 관상 슬리이브를 상기 단부재에 부착하기 위한 홈영역을 갖는 공기스프링 단부재에 있어서, 상기 홈영역은, 상기 축에 평행하며 소정 높이의 내부직경면을 구비하며 상기 내부직경면의 두 단부로부터 연장되어 방사상 외향 분기되는 제1쌍의 벽면과 상기 제1쌍의 벽면으로부터 연장되어 방사상 외향으로 더욱 분기되는 제2쌍의 벽면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 단부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈영역은 상기 축에 수직이고 내부직경면을 2등분하는 선에 대하여 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 단부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홈영역은 상기 내부직경면으로부터 방사상 내향으로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 홈을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 단부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1쌍의 벽면은 상기 축으로부터 측정된 예각으로 분기하고, 상기 제2쌍의 벽면은 상기 축으로부터 측정될때 상기 예각보다 적은 각으로 분기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 단부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예각은 약 40°내지 약 50°인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 단부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2쌍의 벽면각은 축으로부터 약 20°내지 약 30°인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 부재.
- (a) 두 단부를 갖는 가요성 관상 슬리이브와 (b) 한쌍의 체결링과 (c) 한쌍의 단부재를 포함하는 공기스프링 조립체에 있어서, 상기 각 단부재는 원통형이며, 종축과 그 외주변상에 홈영역을 가지며, 슬리이브의 각 단부는 하나의 링에 의하여 하나의 단부재에 부착되며, 상기 홈영역은 상기 축에 평행하게 소정 높이의 내부직경면을 구비하며 상기 내부직경면의 두 단부로부터 연장되어 방사상 외향으로 분기하는 제1쌍의 벽면과 상기 제1쌍의 벽면으로부터 연장되어 방사상 외향으로 더욱 분기하는 제2쌍의 벽면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 체결링은 상기 내부직경면의 높이에 대략 동일한 높이를 갖자는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 홈영역은 상기 축에 수직이고, 상기 내부직경면을 2등분하는 선에 대하여 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 홈영역은 상기 내부직경면으로부터 방사상 내향으로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 홈을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1쌍의 벽면은 상기 축으로부터 예각으로 분기하고, 상기 제2쌍의 벽면은 상기 축으로부터 측정될때 상기 예각보다 적은 각으로 분기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 예각은 약 40°내지 약 50°인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제2쌍의 벽면의 작은 축으로부터 약 20°내지 약 30°인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기스프링 조립체.
