Claims (6)
- 옥사미드 100중량부 당 폴리비닐 알코올 0.2∼10중량부의 비율의 폴리비닐 알코올에 의해 결합된 정지각 39°이하의 옥사미드 분말을 함유하고, 평균 최소 직경이 2∼5mm이고, 그 전체 숫자의 70% 이상의 최대 직경 대 최소 직경이 1∼1.3의 비율인 형태를 갖는 구형 입자 형태임을 특징으로 하는 서방성 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구형 입자의 전체 숫자 중 80% 이상이 최대 직경 대 최소 직경이 1∼1.3의 비율인 형태를 갖는 서방성 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말이 38.5°이하의 정지각을 갖는 서방성 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 45중량% 이상의 입자들이 2.4∼5mm의 최소 직경을 갖는 서방성 비료.
- 하기 단계들로 이루어지는 서방성 옥사미드 비료의 제조방법 : 옥사미드 100중량부 당 폴리비닐 알코올 0.2∼10중량부의 비율의 옥사미드 분말과 폴리비닐 알코올을 함유하는 혼합물을 압출 성형하여 직경 1.5∼8mm의 둥근 바아 형태를 얻고 ; 성형 생성물을 길이가 그 직경의 1∼1.5배가 되게 절단하여 과립성형 생성물을 수득하고 ; 과립성형 생성물을 압연 과립화기를 사용하여 구형 입자로 전환시켜 옥사미드 100중량부 당 폴리비닐 알코올 0.2∼10중량부의 비율이 폴리비닐 알코올에 의해 결합되고, 평균 최소 직경이 2∼5mm이고, 그 전체 숫자의 70% 이상이 최대 직경 대 최소 직경이 1∼1.3의 비율인 구형 입자 형태를 가지며, 정지각이 39°이하인 옥사미드 분말을 수득한다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 압연 과립화기를 사용하는 생성물의 전환단계에서 과립성형 생성물에 옥사이드를 더 첨가함을 특징으로 하는, 서방성 옥사미드 비료의 제조방법.
