Claims (2)
- 마이카 세라믹류 또는 황산 바리움을 10∼20중량% 함유하는 후루오린 플라스틱류로 형성되며, 반사면상에 금과 은으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택한 적어도 하나의 금속이 피복된 내면을 갖는 블록(la, lb)으로 된 것이 특징인 난반사체.
- 난반사체로부터 형성되는 반사실린더 내부공간에 하나 이상의 레이저봉들과 램프들이 평행하게 배열되어 있고, 상기 램프들로부터 방출된 광이 반사실린더의 내면에 의해 반사되어 상기 레이저봉들에 조사되는 고체 레이저장치에 있어서, 상기 반사실린더(1)가 10∼20중량%의 마이카 세라믹류 또는 황산바리움을 함유하는 후루오린 플라스틱류로 형성되며, 반사면(1a, 1b)상에 금과 은으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속이 피복된 내면을 갖는 확산반사체로 구성된 것이 특징인 고체 레이저 장치.
