Claims (4)
- 자기재로로 제조된 축선방향 단부단을 갖춘 제l회전부재와, 구동축에 연결되는 제2회전부재와, 상기 제1회전부재의 상기 축선방향 단부판과 축선방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고서 마주하여 배열되어서 제한된 축선방향 운동을 하도록 자기재료로 제조된 환형 아마츄어판과, 그리고 상기 아마츄어판을 상기 제1회전부재의 상기 축선방향 단부판 쪽을 끌어당기도록 상기 축선방향 단부판과 결합되어 있는 전자기수단을 포함하고 있는 전자클러치로서, 상기 제2회전부재상에 형성되어 있고 다수의 쌍을 이룬 제1돌출부를 갖추고 있는 반경방향 플랜지와, 상기 아마츄어판에 인접하게 배열되어서 다수의 판스프링을 통해 상기 아마츄어판과 연결되어 있으며 상기 반경방향 플랜지의 상기 제1돌출부와 마주하여 결합된 다수의 쌍을 이룬 제2돌출부를 갖추고 있는 제동판과, 그리고 전자클러치의 작동시 발생하는 비틀림 충격 및 진동력을 흡수하도록 상기 제1 및 제2돌출부 사이로 각각 배열되어 있는 다수의 탄성부재를 포함하고 있는 전자클러치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제동판이 상기 반경방향 플랜지에 대한 제한된 회전운동을 견딜 수 있도록, 상기 반경방향 플랜지를 상기 제동판에 부착시키는 플랜지 부착수단을 너 포함하고 있는 전자클러치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 쌍을 이룬 각각의 상기 제1돌출부가 쌍을 이룬 각각의 상기 제2돌출부의 안쪽으로 끼워지고, 상기 다수의 탄성부재 중에서 각각 하나씩의 탄성부재가 상기 제1 및 제2돌출부의 서로 끼워져있는 사이로 각각 삽입되어서 상기 제1 및 제2돌출부를 함께 결합시키는 전자클러치.
- 자기재료로 제조된 축선방향 단부판을 갖춘 제1회전부재와, 구동측에 연결되는 제2회전부재와, 상기 제1회전부재의 싱기 축선방향 단부판과 축선방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고서 마주하여 배열되어서 제한된 축선방향 운동을 하도륵 자기재료로 제조된 환형 아마츄어판과, 그리고 상기 아마츄어판을 상기 제1회전부재의 상기 축선방향 단부단 쪽을 끌어당기도록 상기 축선방향 단부판과 결합되어 있는 전자기수단을 포함하고 있는 전자클러치로서, 상기 제2회전부재상에 형성되어 있고 다수의 쌍을 이룬 제1돌출부를 갖추고 있는 반경방향 플랜지와, 상기 아마츄어판에 인접하게 배열되어서 다수의 판스프링을 통해 상기 아마츄어판과 연결되어 있으며 상기 반경방향 플랜지의 상기 제1돌출부와 마주하여 결합된 다수의 쌍을 이룬 제2돌출부를 갖추고 있는 제동판과, 그리고 전자클러치의 작동시 발생하는 비틀림 충격 및 진동력을 흡수하도록 상기제1 및 제2돌출부 사이로 각각 배열되어 있는 다수의 탄성부재를 포함하고 있으며, 쌍을 이룬 각각의 상기 제1돌출부가 쌍을 이룬 각각의 상기 제2돌출부의 안쪽으로 끼워져서, 상기 제1 및 제2돌출부가 서로 협동하여서 결합되어 있고, 상기 탄성부재가 상기 제1 및 제2돌출부의 사이로 끼워져 있는 전자클러치.
