본 발명은 우육, 돈육, 가금육 또는 그 혼합육을 파, 마늘, 간장, 고추장, 참기름 등 전통 양념을 사용하여 우리나라 전통식품인 산적의 맛을 재현한 육가공 제품에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a processed meat product that reproduces the taste of the traditional Korean food bandit using beef, pork, poultry or mixed meat thereof, such as leek, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper paste, sesame oil.
