Claims (2)
- 6플루오르화우라늄(UF6)가스로부터 이산화우라늄(UO2)분말을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, UF6가스를 스티임과 반응시키므로써 고체상의 플루오르화우라닐(UO2F2)와 O/U비(우라늄원자에 대한 산소원자의 비율)가 2.7~3과 같은 우라늄산화물중 어떤 하나 또는 그 양쪽을 생성하는 제1과정, 그 UO2F2, 우라늄산화물 또는 UO2F2와 우라늄산화물의 혼합물을 물 또는 질산에 용해시켜 UO2F2, 질산우라닐, 또는 UO2F2와 질산우라닐의 혼합우라닐수용액을 생성하는 제2과정, 그 우라닐수용액을 암모니아와 반응시켜 중우라늄산암모늄(ADU)의 침전을 생성하는 제3과정 및 그 ADU침전을 여과, 건조한 후 배소, 환원하는 것으로서 UO2분말로 변환하는 제4과정의 조합에 의해서 UO2분말을 제조하고, 제1과정에서 UF6가스와 스티임과의 반응온도를 조절함으로써 얻어지는 UO2F2와 우라늄산화물의 비율을 조절하고, 이로 인해서 최종적으로 얻어지는 UO2분말의 특성을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 6플루오르화 우라늄으로부터 이산화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1과정에서 UF6가스와 스티임과의 반응온도를 200~700℃하는 것을 특징으로 하는 6플루오르화우라늄으로부터 이산화우라늄을 제조하는 방법.
