Claims (12)
- 에틸렌을 산화에틸렌으로 산화시키는데 적당한 은-함유 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물과 염소화합물을 혼합하고 얻어진 혼합물을 소성시켜 담체를 제조하고, 은 화합물을 담체에 적용하고, 이후 은 화합물을 금속 은으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 은-함유 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소화합물이 염화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소화합물이 염화오스뮴, 염화이리듐, 염화게르마늄, 염화세슘, 염화주석 또는 염화알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 알루미늄 화합물 중량을 기준으로 염소화합물 0.1-10중량%와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 산화알루미늄 또는 산화알루미늄 수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 베마이트 또는 감마-산화알루미늄이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물을 물 및 염소화합물과 혼합하고, 얻어진 혼합물을 성형 담체 입자로 압출한 후 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 총 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 은 1-25중량%를 담체에 적용하기에 충분한 은 화합물 용액으로 담체를 함침시키고, 함침된 담체를 용액으로 부터 분리하고 침전된 은 화합물을 은으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉진제를 담체에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 담체에 적용된 은 화합물외에도, 칼륨, 루비듐 또는 세슘중 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물의 충분한 양을 동시에 또는 달리 담체에 적용하여 총 촉매 백만 중량부당 알카리금속(금속으로 측정된)20-1000중량부를 침전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항에 따르는 방법으로 제조된 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 제조된 은-함유 촉매의 존재하에서, 또는 제11항에 따르는 은-함유 촉매의 존재하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 은-함유 촉매의 존재하에서 에틸렌을 산화하여 산화에틸렌을 제조하는 방법.
